“Merit Auto Body has gone above and beyond. I can't tell you how many times I've done business with other shops and it's been an anxiety-ridden process where I have had to take care of every step, call the insurance company, get a loaner, call for extensions, call the shop, etc.
I believe I only spoke with the insurance company once, paid my deductible and picked up my car when it was ready. Merit Auto Body handled all the calls with the insurance, the rental car company -- the loaner car was available at Merit Auto Body and was picked up by the rental company there as well. I didn't need a ride to pick one up or drop it off. The office sent me updates on the repairs and process almost daily with such a friendly demeanor. It was a seamless process from start to finish.
The repair was for the trunk area. It was crushed where the plate is located. The trunk door was also affected where it was crooked and didn't close plumb and the electricals responsible for opening and closing the truck were affected as well. I also had unrelated damage to my car and the shop kindly fixed those also along with the damage from the accident. When I picked up my car, it was spotless, inside and out. It looked as if I had just purchased my car from the dealer.
I highly recommend Merit Auto Body and I look forward to using their other services, such as detailing. They are all so professional, friendly and thoughtful -- everyone who works there -- that it brings back a feeling that doesn't exist anymore...that it's a friendly neighborhood interaction than a cold couldn't-be-bothered business. Props to the owner for creating and maintaining this environment.”

“I cannot say enough good things about the team here. My truck was out of alignment, they performed an alignment. A few days later I had a nail in a tire and took it somewhere close to my office, lo and behold, they screwed something up. Was shaking and wobbling at highway speed. Took it back to Corsi and blamed the plug fix, but they re-balanced all my tires and re-aligned me for FREE. Another few weeks later front tire wearing on just the outside. I take it back to them and ask them for a full front end inspection and re-align the front. I told them I think there's something wrong with the truck, not their work. They aligned me again for FREE. I insisted I wanted to pay but they refused. They insist they stand behind their work and they DO!!!!”

“Thank you Mavis. They really helped me out of a jam today. I was driving with my wife and 1 year toddler today when my back tire blew out. Luckily It was while we were close by and not on the freeway. They did not have my particular tire in stock but were able to order it. They were getting pushback to have it delivered tomorrow, but they really fought for it to be delivered today. Sometimes in Customer Service it's that little extra effort employees put in to make us customer feel that we are valued and it's not just transactional. Knowing that there was that human element involved-they knew I had a toddler with me and that I needed to get home today with a new tire on-they went above and beyond to make it happen. “Whatever you do, go to this place if you are in need for repairs. After a full week of getting little communication from other shops, I called here and Axel picked up immediately. After my car got to the shop he kept constant communication and showed me exactly the problem and offered solutions for a great price. He fixed every issue with my exhaust system and finished my car in a few hours. The quality of work was amazing and my car is running way better now and the price was more than reasonable.”

“Came to see Jimmy for a tire replacement after Midas kept me waiting for 3 hours as “the next car in the line”. I am originally from West Harrison and remembered Jimmy’s shop and gave him a call. He ordered the tire I needed and I stopped by 2 hours later. Fast, courteous, professional installation, at about 15% cheaper than Midas (even with their “coupons”). I wouldn’t go anywhere else for tire and break work than Jimmy’s shop!”
