For a bank where your primary purpose is to handle money, it should be available in the ATM when I go to withdraw. Multiple times at this location I cannot take out my own cash. Unacceptable.

I have been using The Haverstraw Key Bank and have delt with Julia the Mgr for many years. Every time I walk in there I am greeted with a smile and I am assisted immediately!
I would highly recommend them to do business with!

Worst Bank ever honestly! The ATM NEVER works! They have max 2 people working and a manager behind a class cubicle doing nothing!Update!! Again the ATM is not working and again I walk in to terrible customer service and no one caring about customers accessing their money. This place needs to be shut down!!
