Unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and rude. Best part is there’s an excellent autozone essentially in the same parking lot so why anyone would go here, I have no idea.

Place is a joke. You call no one answers. When the do, they have a serious stick up their butt. Don’t want to help. I had a gentlemen say “my paycheck doesn’t say customer service it says auto pro” what a great slogan to get business.
