I have never had a problem with the store itself for merchandise. However, I think the store is very messy, not very clean and not very well kept. You can see the roof leaks, and they Band-Aid most issues. It does not enhance the shopping experience at all. With respect to the pharmacy, I think it needs a major shake down in terms of operation and personnel. The folks at the drive-in window are usually rude and don't want to be bothered. There is really no strong regard for customer service where the Pharmacy is concerned. Whoever is managing that area needs to be shaken up or replaced.!

Went to pick up my Rx today. Woman who helped me looked like she rather be anywhere else and that she was doing me a favor by helping me. The folks in the front are great and usually my experience is pleasant at the pharmacy but this sour puss shouldn't be in an area where she interacts with customers!

Customers here are so rude \\u0026 I honestly feel bad for staff because they are understaffed. People should know already that pharmacy closes at 1:30 for lunch it’s been this way for months now.

The store is just fine as I go here on occasion since it's only a few minutes away from my house however, I don't know if the cvs website and Yelp are wrong with the hours or the kids who are running this store just close early when they feel like it. I made a quick run after getting my kids to bed to get something that was important and looked at the hours which said the store closes at 11pm. I got to the parking lot and head towards the door and a young man was closing up the doors and said "sorry, we're closed". It was 9:57pm. Nowhere I look says that this store closes at 10, otherwise I wouldn't have even wasted my time going there. They should get it together and decide what time they close and inform people of the correct information. Not everyone wants to run out only to have yo scramble to look for another pharmacy. Super annoying and not professional.

I always get a text that my prescription is ready and when I come to pickup it’s not ready. I always wait for at least 20 minutes even when there is no line. It takes too long even to ask something about the prescription I waited half hour for. Switch to another pharmacy

The pharmacy is terrible here. They hardly ever answer the phone. They closed the register in the face of elderly cancer patients to go to lunch. Every interaction with them is ridiculous. You disgust me. Fire all these rude incompetent people please. And hire all new personnel.

This is probably one of the worst CVS stores I visited, the customer service is insanely horrible. I needed something from the locked case and pressed the assistance button 3 times and waited at least 15 mins and still no one came. Do better!

This store like most recently have barely any employees working. Feel bad for employees most are nice enough but understaffed. It's not worth the $3 dollars in savings, rather go where I can receive some type of human interaction and service.

This place is a dump with RUDE employees. Don't ever place an order for pictures here, since the employees don't know how to help you, and get nasty when you ask questions. I'm sorry that your shift at CVS is so tough. Never going back here again. Close this place down.

Yelp really needs to allow a rating of ZERO stars because even giving this CVS location 1 star gives them more credit then they deserve! Every aspect of this location is terrible, from their slow and unhelpful pharmacy, to their photo lab with constantly inoperable equipment, all the way up to the inept store management which not only allows this to happen but does nothing to correct the situation. I'm so glad my insurance contract moved away from CVS to Walgreens... good riddance!

I wish I could give 0 stars! Their equipment is always broken and they are ALWAYS unstaffed with ridiculous long lines. Management is worse, never have an answer and play d*** pointing the blame everywhere else. Save yourself the headache and go to rite aid instead!!!

Probably one of the cleanest locations but it became so slow since they took out the self check out! I wish they brought that back so the likes won't be sooooooo long
