I ordered a JVC lamp from this facility. Upon receiving I realized it was the wrong part. So I needed to pay a restocking fee for them to send a more expensive lamp. The new lamp was sent out and it BLEW UP in my projector. I called them to send a new lamp out and said that I needed to send the "defective" part back first. The lamp cost $599.95, $250 more than the first one. They received the defective bulb back and then stated that the box was crushed and the lamp crushed. They could not give me a refund and I would need to file a claim with FedEx. In order to file a claim I needed a picture of the lamp. When Dave finally agreed to send a picture, it was clear that the lamp was not crushed. This shop is a scam and DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS company. Not only are they selling replacement products, they are not standing by their products and are practicing shady business practices. They have not responded to my request for a refund!

Upon receiving an item Bought thinking it was a Battery charging station, I find that it is not what I wanted.Calling the store I was told ,that was all they had, was this plug in adapter. And the battery charger was unavailable. I then asked them to send me a free re-ship postage , in which they said they do not have. They expect me to pay for shipping to get it returned to them. Nasty attitude's all the way around. Never again....
