Horrible customer service. Was told different information on the phone than when I went to pick up a car. They were uncaring and didn't acknowledge their mistake. I will never rent a car from them again.

I will NEVER use Enterprise again!!!!!!! I paid my bills and Enterprise double charged me six months later. I had to stop payment and cancel my credit card. The local store told me to call corporate and washed their hand of my dilemma instead of solving my issue. Corporate was of no help after 6 calls! The insurance adjuster told me that they already were paid. Beware. NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON!

Enterprise was great! They worked with us and made sure we were taken care of after my wife’s car accident. Lucius was amazing!! He was so welcoming, knowledgeable and really made us at ease after her car accident!

Highly professional , garvin the manager went beyond for us . We had a bad experience at the location on 310 Main Street and he got the bitter taste out of mouth (for enterprise) if it wasn’t for him we’d probably never come back to enterprise thank you everyone at this location
