Their service men and Chris & Raj, managers, are the best

I just wanted to post a great experience I had at midas in west Hempstead.the staff were professional and friendly service was quick and amazing waiting area clean and fresh

I appreciated their honesty which added to my trust in their service.
The waiting area was clean and comfortable making the wait much more pleasant. To top it off, they completed the work ahead of schedule, which was a nice surprise.

I went to Midas in West Hempstead because my service engine light came on. I was charged over $1,800.00 to fix the problem. However, the problem never got fixed. They kept telling me all these different things were causing the service engine light to come on. I was Rip-off. Yes, I was swindle out of $1,800. Definitely taken disadvantage of in a heartless way , as a female. I put that whole Midas business in God’s hands!!
