Very bad, there are already some who only wait for the best that comes out of the winery and then resell it elsewhere, that doesn't have to be like that.

Hopefully someone in Management reads this .I have been shopping at this location for over a decade. They did have a huge location in East Meadow, that closed many years ago and is now a Texas Roadhouse. This store has some serious issues pricing “used” clothing. I found mens jeans priced as high as $15 and these were old navy jeans , express dress shirt for $12 , Jcrew sweater for $20 . If you are selling “ used clothes “ , price them properly. These goods cost savers nothing. They are donated! You can buy brand new clothes at TJ max , marshalls or macys on sale and get better prices. The customer assume there would assume they are getting a deal because they don’t shop around . Buyer beware.Another huge problem are the Flippers . I must admit I flip mostly designer clothes and street wear and had some luck . I sell on mercari . There are groups of flippers that hang out in the back and have their 1st look at stuff coming out. They do have connections in the store and get tipped off if something of value comes out. Thankfully for me I have knowledge of Brands that the flippers miss like , Lululemon , Ralph Lauren RRL , Bathing Ape , zegna and other luxury brands. I will post some pics of my finds .My advice sign up for membership earn points get coupons.Watch out for drunk construction workers/day laborersPark outside of the lot , its shared with a dollar tree and can be a challenge getting in and out.Buyer beware

This has to be the worst savers I have ever visited. I have been to a others in Long Island, Connecticut, Rhode Island but this one is absolutely the worst. You have the same crew every day that is in this location running the show and blocking everyone off from entering any racks and intimidating all customers who want to purchase items from the new racks. The most troubling part is that the workers and management is in complete cahoots with this crew. Buyers Beware!!!The ladies in the front are extremely rude and not helpful at all.

Shopped here earlier this week, be careful if you’re a young woman/girl going here by yourself. There was a man following me around the store trying to get me to talk to him, making comments about how beautiful I am and standing right in front of my face desperately trying to get my attention when I was obviously ignoring him. A lot of creeps hanging around this store that aren’t even there to shop or spend money and the employees just let them stay and linger and bother the customers. There was also a group of older men congregating right outside of the exit trying to talk to any women that exited the store. Doesn’t feel safe here at all.

Vast selection of items available. Very organized for the size of the store and with the amount of customers shopping. Parking lot (free) available and can be very busy and difficult at times, but still effective and sufficient. Easily accessible donation area and good service.

A lot of clothing and ceramic stuff. I’ve gotten a few thing from there like a Disney vinyl from 1969 and a Trader Joe’s sweatshirt. I go there often. It gets crowded and they don’t except Amex which is in inconvenient. Other then that great place.

Horrible organization, far too cluttered especially in the clothing section. I went in there for 1 thing, a cheap men's belt. It took me about 20 minutes to find something tolerable because that section is not only in a bad spot (had to move a few times so people could get to the bathroom), but it's poorly organized and belt sizes aren't clear (organize them by size, not just a mix that you have to pick through, then try to find the size!). Even worse, MANY of the belts looked like people had already worn them, returned it and it was just put back on the shelf. I get that they get donations so stuff may be used, but it shouldn't look like something that should've been thrown in the garbage or just given away to a truly needy person. Thankfully I only spent $3 after I finally found a belt with 2 holes that were worn. Best parts were the quick self checkout and the air conditioning on such a hot day. I will not be returning there; go to the Salvation Army thrift store instead of need be.

The Hempstead location is a great place to donate gently used household items, clothing, toys/games/puzzles, books, etc. In return you get a tax deductible receipt, plus a 20% off coupon for making a purchase of no more than $100. I thought pricing was very fair for anyone looking for a needed item at a discount price. When I was there the store was very busy. I am downsizing, so will definitely be donating again.

Horrible service. Jenn needs some serious Customer service training. I can’t believe that woman is a manager! All through shopping I can hear an employee nagging how she wanted to leave. Wasn’t aware I’d stumble upon her at the register. She literally did not want to ring me up although her register was open! She admitted she didn’t want to help me and threw my purchases on the floor! This whole act caused a scene at the store while other customers watched. luckily another cashier stepped in to help. She gave me the woman’s name/title and apologized for Jenns behavior.I can’t believe she acted so childish and unprofessional especially with a manager title. If she acts this bad with customers I feel truly sorry for the employees who have to deal with her horrible behavior! Savers I suggest you give someone else a promotion before she ends up on social media making your company look even worse.

Best thrift store on Long Island, great prices, lots of variety. I've found some amazing items here, including clothing from my favorite brands such as Madewell for $10- all in excellent condition. Some things on the racks are in bad condition but usually the price reflects this. If you dig for a whole you'll find the good stuff. I've been using this savers to build a business casual wardrobe on a budget, and it's been a great experience!

I shop here and i also donate my family gently . Two weeks ago i donated 10 bags of clothing in great used conditions. My low ratings are based on the following: last visit was 5/28/23. I also donated on this day and went in to browse.1)In store store pricing is inconsistent.2) at times the price exceeds the quality of the item. I see this most times with clothing. I wonder if they have an algorithm or workers are just making up prices in their heads. These type of stores are meant to help struggling families and lovers of thrift deals. I am doing a major declutter project. So i am visiting this location to donate often. Its disappointing but it is the only center nearest to me

Lots of great deals here. Tuesdays are senior discounts and I think the age is 55. Bring donations and get a 20% off coupon.

Came here with donations. Bins were readily available to unload items. Appeared to be short staffed so I did my own unloading as compared to past experience, this wasn't an issue. The single staff member kept empty bins coming in an orderly manner. He was very pleasant and grateful for the donations and helpful with explaing the 'green' tax receipts. This drop off has an arrangement with Big brothers Big sisters so that's why we donate here.
