I would give it 5 stars,but there is something wrong with there credit card reader on every single pump,it needs a software update, every time I push credit insert card it gets stuck, locks the card and the pump says please insert your card,meanwhile it already is and it's locked in there,I have to repeat the process at least 3 times until it finally works,and I went inside to tell the cashier more than a few times and was told it only does that on that particular pump, so I literally tried every single pump at this station and they all do this,and I have a new card in pristine condition, and I have never had a problem with this card at any other gas station, only at shell station in west hempstead

After I pumping Gas and returning hose the PRICE jumps up ? I put $34.34 return the hose and the price jumped to 34.35? Tried it again $35.35 and it jumped to $35.36?

I’m a Uber driver come here everyday twice to fill up and today at 5 I ask the guy to let me use the bathroom for number one and he told me is closed come after 6 am when I was already inside the store

I gave the cashier for gas 9 dollars and a extra dollar for change and he denied it and refused to give me it when I needed it their rip offs the cashier was very mean and probably pocketed the money gas prices are good that’s the only reason y I go their but he’s a rip off to woman as for food never had it so I’m not gonna say nothing about that but watch out for the cashiers and count money to their faces my word of advice
