Half of the phones were locked so that you could hold it and others weren't powered on to make a real decision. The staff didn't seem bothered by it and the person we spoke to suggested we try another store to see it turned on.

The friendly staff work hard to help me answer all of my questions. They give good advice. It is so pleasant there that I enjoyed staying a little longer. They have good in store tech support.

I entered the store. Two ladies were working, one was already out front helping a customer the other was in the back. Once the other worker came out from the back, she went back to a customer she had been working with. That customer was waiting for a back up to finish. "You have 55 minutes remaining." That worker continues to stand and chit chat about her coffee with this customer, meanwhile there are 3 people waiting to be helped. I go up and ask if I can be helped while she is waiting for the back up to finish. Doesn't even look at me and says "no". I say "so you can' help me for 50 minute while you wait for that to finish?" "No she will help you" speaking of the other worker who is already working with a customer. Now mind you the customer she is helping is a very elderly woman. This woman starts trying to explain what is going wrong with her phone and the worker began giving her attitude and explained that she didn't want anyone touching her personal phone. Understandable. The woman says "I won't touch your phone I just want to try and explain, but you keep looking around and not paying attention to me" The worker starts to walk away and said someone else will help you with an attitude. This elderly woman proceeds to start walking out and complaining that the customer service is horrible, which I agreed. Every person that was on line with me, including this elderly woman walked out of the store. You would think that workers who make money off commission would do everything they can to keep customers happy and taken care of, but I guess these workers don't like making money. I have to say a young gentleman came out from the back to help and he was extremely nice and helpful! The other two gotta go

T-mobile is a scam if you signed up for a free phone promo in the last 2 years. There is a good chance that they added it to your plan and started charging you for a phone that was on your plan. T-Mobile is now changing there terms and conditions so you can't file a class action lawsuit with them they are now going to be able to sweep crimes and accusations under the rug without you knowing. By signing you u for a free phone then making you pay for it makes it look like more people on signing onto T-Mobile artificially driving up there market value. T mobile also refuse to print contracts or terms and conditions when you sign up. You have to agree and sign everything on there website. The same website the have access to change whenever they please. That means they can change your plan,terms, and contract all without your knowledge or permission

It was my local goto store however they seem to never have my screen protector in stock. I'm not about to upgrade my phone just because they don't have mine. So I have to wait until they restock them, if they do ever restock them. ?

Good place, but new phone models seem to have to ordered. (Don't think it's their fault) But the ladies that helped me today were super helpful and nice. Very knowledgeable.
