Never buy a car from them. Ashley is horrible. When I called to speak to the owner Jacob she refuse to let me speak to them. They sold me a lemon. The engine was no good and the tranny was slipping. I only had the car a year and a half and had more problems then I should have. That's a 20k car I bought from them. Once you purchase the car and leave there office it's like hell. There customer service sucks. They are unprofessional people. I tried to message Jacob and never got a response back.

!!STAY AWAY!!
Extremely poor customer service. Representative hung up on me when I called to check the status of my credit application! I submitted a credit app last Saturday and have been getting the run around ever since. They have requested the same documents multiple times after I’ve already sent them. If you are from out of state STAY AWAY. The price of the vehicle has increased by 10k since my initial inquiry! Very shady

Terrible Experience - Do Not Trust This Dealership
I had an awful experience with this dealership. They promised me a specific car, but instead of delivering on their promise, they ran my credit without my consent and then ghosted me for weeks. I repeatedly tried to get in touch, but no one responded or provided any updates.
The salesperson I dealt with, Jesus Castro, was incredibly unprofessional. He told me he would call me back in 15 minutes with information, but he never called me back—not even to this day. To make matters worse, I later discovered that the car was no longer on their website, meaning they sold it to someone else without informing me.
This dealership’s customer service is absolutely horrible, and their lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. If you’re considering doing business here, beware of broken promises, unauthorized credit checks, and unprofessional behavior. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This dealership is nothing short of a scam. Their advertisements are completely misleading, and their sales team will demand every document and financial detail from you, only to direct you to a vague disclaimer buried at the bottom of their website. Even that disclaimer is inaccurate. They also have the audacity to raise prices at the last minute. If they had been upfront about their pricing, they would still be lower than their competitors. To top it all off, the staff is rude and unhelpful. Avoid this place at all costs; their deceptive practices are infuriating.

These guys are 100% amazing been working with me for two weeks straight of dealing with nonsense from the bank and in the end was able to get me into my 2021 ILX highly recommend them

Racist. Kept asking to see bank account so they can raise the price. And never sent pay stubs to bank on purpose. Even after bank rep said everything was good flat out told us that they don’t want to sell to us

I’m from out of state, I called in & have waited 2 weeks to buy a car they had listed online for $62,952 because they were gonna see what they can do on pricing, well today I finally got a phone call just to hear back from a sales manager that since I’m not financing with them that the new price is $66,500 plus a dealer/doc fee.. I had local dealer show me as well before I called in that TURN AUTO MALL had the car listed on auction on the 30th & 31st for $64,500. From the looks of the reviews, looks like I’m not the only person to experience this. PLEASE AVOID TO SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE NOT LOCAL.

I called and inquired for a car and i asked for out the door price,like doc and registration fees so i wouldn’t be waisting my time! I was told they wouldn’t be able to tell over phone! So be careful they advertise price over the internet to attract you !! Get there you get different price !!

Jesus was very personable and quick with the paperwork. He was honest and told me to bring the car back for a full detail interior and exterior so I could drive the car off the lot the same day. Definitely recommend.

Very shady and deceptive dealership , if you are buying car after long time or first time buyer , STAY AWAY they try to take full advantage , Firstly they have misleading prices online car was priced at 24k when I visit Arther raised the price by 8K , secondly very difficult to deal with after you make purchase , after few days of buying car i want to cancel my service agreement as my car is still under manufacturer warranty , been calling and texting Arther and jusus with no response, very unprofessional and unethical behavior
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL do your research and look for better dealership
