If ever I have missed a business, I miss this little gem of drugstore. They are courteous they are polite and they do their job plus they will deliver the medication in a reasonable amount of time with no extra charge. They will also go out of their way to look up to see if they can get the best price for you. I am currently on Medicare and the party that I signed up for as I was not aware of does not allow me to go to this drug store, but when the time is up for this plan that I'm on I will get rid of it because I can't stand dealing with CVS

I was in New York on a business trip and had a family emergency and needed to get a loved one a prescription. The pharmacist there is obstreperous, angry, insulting, and rude. He negligently fails to fill prescriptions. For your health, safety, and piece of mind, I would avoid this place like the plague.

The pharmacist here is rude, complains about his clients, is aggressive and has quite a temper. He even fails to fill prescriptions and when confronted, he retaliates. I caution you not to go there for your own well being. The worst experience of my life.

My husband has been going to this pharmacy for a decade and has always been happy UNTIL TODAY. He had a very difficult surgery yesterday and was given too little pain medication at too small a dose. We called the doctor this morning to get some relief for pain management and they agreed to send a second prescription so he could get through the worst of it. When I walked in to the pharmacy to pick his prescription up this afternoon, the pharmacist (a man with close cropped hair) was complaining to the staff, and for all to customers to hear, about a woman patient he had been on the phone with. He basically described her as stupid and annoying for asking questions about her prescription. "I can't deal with her anymore," he said. He then turned to me and said that he would not fill my husband's prescription because it was "too soon." I explained the situation, and how we had talked to the doctor this morning and they had agreed and sent the second prescription, based on my husband's pain levels. He cut me off and said again that he would not fill the scrip. I asked him to please call the doctor and he refused that too, saying that he had already spoken with some receptionist in the doctor's office and that he didn't need to call and speak with the doctor--that it was "your fault for not following the doctor's orders and taking too many pain pills." It's important to note that I even though I was upset and concerned about my husband, I did not treat the pharmacist or his staff with disrespect, even as they were nasty, mean, condescending and accusatory to me. Cutting to the chase, the pharmacist and the female cashier there were so nasty that I had to leave and drag my husband, whose stomach was cut open in three places yesterday and in tremendous pain, out of his sick bed to come in. They refused him as well, and basically tried to make him feel like he had done something wrong and was trying to illegitimately "score" drugs (even though the DOCTOR wrote a second prescription and sent it to the pharmacy!). To top it all off, they then told him that they had decided to not fill the prescription at all because the pharmacist didn't like my personality.

I had surgery yesterday and they filled my prescription. However, when the meds proved insufficient for the pain, we called my doctor and had them send another prescription. When my wife went to pick it up, they refused to fulfill the prescription, yelled at her, treated her like a criminal. So, she goes home to get me, and when I go to there, they guy yells at me too. What kind of Pharmacist refuses to fill a prescription from a doctor after I have had abdominal surgery?!?!?! I will NEVER go to a pharmacy that treats its long-term customers like that. They are the absolute worst. It was so offensive, and degrading to hobble into the Pharmacy post-surgical pain to get my prescription and be treated like a common criminal trying to score drugs! I like to support local businesses but after that horrid display of professionalism and rudeness, I will never go back to that Pharmacy again.

PRICE GOUGING ESSENTIAL ITEMS DURING CORONAVIRUS CRISIS! I purchased a box of rubber gloves and after I paid with my credit card I was alarmed by the bill. The woman at the register charged me $15.99. I said that can't be the price. I told her I just ordered gloves online and was waiting for the delivery from another retailer and that they cost $9-$11 tops. There were 3 other boxes on the shelf. I handed her one of the boxes with a price tag of $8 and change. She insisted someone put the wrong price on the box. So I handed her another box with the same price. Again she insisted the price was wrong. She was only willing to adjust and honor the price on the package when I said I wanted to return the gloves. This is blatant price gouging and absolutely disgusting. I will never step foot in this store again. SHAME ON YOU. *photo shows the regular price of this item from another retailer.
