“Was able to rent a car quickly and easily. Only prob was as I drove home (25min), I could tell the car was pulling to the right, so had to keep. Firm hand on steering wheel. I left the place just before they closed, so was too late to call. Next afternoon when drive the car again, at lower speeds the car shook a lot, got a bit better once you went over 45mph. Had a couple important appts to go to, but called them when I was done and told them the problem with the car. He said to come back up and they would give me a new car. I did, they had one ready for me when I got there, only took about 5min for them to make up the new paperwork and I was in my way. Apparently they don't drive the cars after they come back to check if all is well. And whoever drove it before me didn't tell them about the issues. So maybe they should take the returns on a test ride to be sure there are no issues.”
