“I had a car accident on Wednesday and on Thursday everything was taken care of in no time. The adjuster was at my house and the rental car was at Hoselton when I dropped mine off to get fixed. Very nice and helpful people!!! Would use them again and recommend them to everyone!!”

It is not easy to find car rentals at reasonable rates but I feel extremely fortunate that these people are in Rochester. Across from the ROC Airport too!

“As far as car rental places go this one is nicer than most. They have to and from shuttles divided by terminal and they run often. All rental agencies are at one place. It is a bit confusing returning cars as well as the tracks that destroy tires if you reverse trying to figure things out, hence the 4 stars not 5 but the staff was extremely helpful.”

“I rent from this location frequently and always have a good experience. However, for each of the last 6 rentals over the last 8-10 months the tank was 3/4 full when I picked up the car. It happens so frequently that it seems intentional. Check the gauge before you leave and let them know if it's not full. Overall though I have a good experience here.”
“Prepaid for a rental but when arrived the vehicle requested was unavailable. Thankfully they upgraded us to an even better vehicle, but unfortunately the vehicle had not been cleaned properly and smelled like weed. Loved the car, disliked the weed smell.”

I have never had an issue working with the folks behind the counter. They're always kind and courteous, plus renting from this location vs the airport saves you money. They might not have the exact class available but thats SOP for any location. They'll still work with you to provide a reliable vehicle.”

Victoria is truly an amazing person who makes the renting process so easy and honestly enjoyable. She was there both times I came in to rent and the 2nd time she remembered who I am. “We were on vacation and a family member offered her personal car to use. After 10 days of car problems, It was a big relief when we decided to just pick up a nice rental for our last 3 days. Rentals can be expensive but because I am a Gold Member, I was able to cash in on a free day, so that took the sting out of it. I would do it again, but next time, sooner.”
