“Wanted to write a review because I felt it was warranted. I was conflicted between a 4 star and a 5 star review. My wife needed to rent a car and recently changed her name after we got married, which had not yet been reflected on our credit card. Because the name on the card was different than her license, they wouldn't let her complete the rental. This caused a fairly major delay in both our travel plans for the day, and we were both visibly frustrated. They apologized and gave us a free upgrade, called the next day to make sure we were satisfied and even knocked a few bucks off the rental when she returned it. Wanted to knock a star off for not communicating to us that the card and license needed to match when we called in to book the rental, but all in all, I felt they rectified the situation to our satisfaction.”

“As far as car rental places go this one is nicer than most. They have to and from shuttles divided by terminal and they run often. All rental agencies are at one place. It is a bit confusing returning cars as well as the tracks that destroy tires if you reverse trying to figure things out, hence the 4 stars not 5 but the staff was extremely helpful.”

“The VW in September only had a USB-C outlet which is the standard in Europe but I needed a regular USB connection. There were no other cars to lend me. I was about to head to Best Buy for an adapter when the garage manager, Joe Yacono, came running over waving a USB-C cord from his own car which he loaned me for the weekend. It was service above and beyond. I also want to praise the young man, Sylvester?, working behind the desk inside the airport. Extraordinarily friendly and helpful. I've had a lot of good experiences renting cars, but this stood out as one of the best. Thank you Enterprise for getting my stay in the Rochester area off to a good start.”

“I rent from this location frequently and always have a good experience. However, for each of the last 6 rentals over the last 8-10 months the tank was 3/4 full when I picked up the car. It happens so frequently that it seems intentional. Check the gauge before you leave and let them know if it's not full. Overall though I have a good experience here.”

“My experience was amazing. I was nervouse because of the bad reviews but dollar car rental didnt disappoint. I arrived to the rental booth and there was no one at dollar but sign said just to go a few booths down which is not a problem for me. There was no line. They didnt have the car I rented upfront ready and available(I would have only had to wait 5-10 mins for them to get it at there other parking lot) BUT they ended up giving me a camaro instead for no upgrade charge. Best car rental experience ever!”

“Went to pick-up my car and Avis didn’t have any of the cars left in the class I reserved. The attendant was gracious enough to move me up a level. The car they gave me was brand new that day, it only had 118 miles on it. I have had other rental companies leave me high and dry with no car when that has happened. Thanks Avis.”

“Second time renting here and never a bad experience! Appreciated the upgrade and the ease of pick up and drop off. Vehicle has only 1K miles on it and was in great condition. Truly not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Only area for improvement would be to monitor the phone lines. When you are connected to a local employee, no one ever answers the line.”
