Harold and his garage are the very very best. Yesterday I brought my car I thought something was wrong. He checked it out for and took his ttime and said…no there’s nothing wrong. I went to Pay and was told… when we do nothing you pay nothing. This has happened to number of times, and when there is something to fix, they do it well, and they do it honestly. Since we moved from New York City, my wife and I have brought both our cars to Harold for the last 30 years and it’s always been a great experience. Highly highly recommend!

Harold and his team are trustworthy--which is a plus. But Harold is also one of the most unpleasant humans I have encountered in this area. He is gruff, verbally abusive, unnecessarily critical, and unpleasant. Maybe he is only this way with women, but wtf!?! I'm at a point where I would rather be cheated by a mechanic that be verbally abused by one. And what kind of a world is that? There is one man who works at this garage who is lovely and kind. It's as though he tries to counter-balance his boss's toxic vibe. If Harold retires and this nice man takes over the biz, I will definitely return. But for now, I am done. It's just not worth the unpleasantness.

Truck stalled on route 28 and was towed to this garage. Fuel gauge read slightly less than 1/2 tank. Garage owner suggested I add 5 gallons of fuel which I did and it still didn't start. I filled tank at service station and it took 8.5 gallons which was half a tank required to fill indicating fuel tank was not empty. Rude staff who weren't interested in figuring out the real issue. Sent me on my way telling me gas gauge was faulty. Truck still not fixed but should not Imteresred in diagnosing issue. Had no real choice but to drive Truck back 100 miles home. Would never recommend this station.
