AFC Urgent Care West Islip is a wonderful and highly recommended urgent care clinic. The facility is very clean, organized, and professional. The staff is professional, kind, attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They are very responsive and thorough, taking time to address concerns and answer questions. The doctors are gentle, precise, and provide excellent care, including medication, proper testing, and explanations. The clinic makes it convenient with online paperwork and appointments, often resulting in short wait times. They provide follow-up care results and even call to check on patients afterward. It is an excellent service for non-life-threatening medical needs, open seven days a week with extended hours and no appointment needed.
The staff at AFC go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The Dr. was thorough and I was confident that my care was in good hands.
