My daughter’s Jeep was recalled, so I scheduled an appointment and brought it to the service department. I was told the repair would take about an hour and a half, so I decided to wait. After nearly four hours, I was informed that the vehicle was “fixed,” only to be told shortly after that they still needed an additional part.
That was 14 months ago. Despite several follow-up calls, I continued to be told that they are still waiting for the part. I have never written a negative review before, but the lack of communication and resolution over such an extended period of time is extremely disappointing and warrants one.
**** Thank you for your response. I left a voice mail and I never received a call back. I’m still keeping that 1 star review.
