I ended up at VW of West Islip after visiting two other dealerships and contacting a few others. I had the pleasure of dealing with Isiah on the phone, and it was this interaction that made me interested enough to visit the dealership.
He followed up on all my queries; his responsiveness and attention to details made me feel valued as a potential customer. On each visit Isiah was not available and Niko Jordan assisted me and ultimately helped me chose my car. They are both very young, but showed remarkable professionalism, product knowledge and genuine care for their customers.
Niko was exceptional! He was patient, exhibited a positive attitude and was genuinely committed to making the process easy.
The day I finalized the deal, I had the pleasure of meeting Christina - GSM and Sean - Finance Director. Sean took the time to answer all my questions and walked me through solutions to my concerns.
Overall this was a very positive experience, and I highly recommend VW of WI to anyone looking for great service and a team that truly cares about their customers.

It was my husband and i first time leasing a vehicle ,greg has been an amazing sale person explaining the process and working with our budget. Working with everyone at Volkswagen of West Islip went incredibly smoothly! Evan, the salesmen, was helpful and informative. No part of my car buying process felt rushed or pushy. The deal was handled with patience, and best of all my comfortability with the payment was always taken into account all while getting everything I was looking for in my vehicle!

Had a great experience with Aaron and the whole team. I really appreciated the time Aaron took to explain the features of the car and how knowledgeable he was—I went to a different VW dealer prior to this one and drove a similar car, and the salesperson didn't explain anything.

Pablo was great to work with. He was honest from the beginning and explained everything in detail. He was not pushy or annoying when I was looking at cars he gave us space to look around. I called this VW of West Islip dealer about the ID Buzz they advertised online for $47,996. Since I'm out of state, I asked for the out-the-door price. First, “Mariah” tells me they only provide OTD prices if you're at the showroom. But she passes me to Kate Jordan, who immediately hands me off to “Greg”. Greg also waffles on pricing, saying he needs to talk to the general manager and will get back to me. Hours later, I get a text saying they will beat any offer I get in writing from another dealer. Are you kidding me? Why did we all waste each other’s time if you’re just going to run a bait ad, advertise a low price, and never honor it? There are plenty of other VW dealers… go to them and don’t waste your time here with these fools.

want to give a huge thank-you to the service team at Volkswagen of West Islip. After Volkswagen issued an extended warranty for the rear brake pads, I was technically past the warranty period—but still under the mileage limit. The team at West Islip went above and beyond and took care of the issue at no charge.
For comparison, Smithtown Volkswagen refused to work with me and didn’t treat me well at all. That experience made me appreciate West Islip even more.
Even when I first went to lease my Jetta, Smithtown quoted me around $600 a month—for a Jetta! I decided to check with West Islip instead, and I ended up renewing my lease with them for a much lower payment on the exact same car.
I’ll definitely be sticking with Volkswagen of West Islip for all my future business. They’ve earned my trust. Love the video they send of the car being serviced as well, just adds on to the trust
