The guys in the ATT store in Bridgehampton couldn’t have been more helpful. They totally got my questions and my needs. I would recommend them in a heartbeat if you are looking to purchase a phone or other equipment.

Shop here at your own risk. In January, I purchased an iPhone for my mom from this store. My brother and I split the cost 50/50 - my share was $129.40. We had a pleasant experience in the store. I made it very clear that I didn't want my credit card info stored in their system and I was assured it wouldn't be. 7 months later, without any authorization whatsoever, they attempted to charge my credit card 4 times. One for $299 and three $99 charges. When I called them to attempt to clear the situation up, I was told by an employee that the manager was "in a meeting all day". He said the charges were for "upgrades" and that my brother's signature is "right here". I left my number and asked him to have the manager call me asap to clear this up. He did not return my call. I called once a day for three days before I finally talked to the owner/manager who refused to reverse the charges. He couldn't tell me exactly what the charges were for saying "my accountant handles all that" and that "the charges could be upwards of $500" and "could be for minutes." I talked to by brother and he has no account at this store and they did not attempt to charge his credit card for anything. Nor have there been any upgrades to my moms phone. I had no choice but to dispute the charges and report them for fraud. The owner also owns East Hampton Wireless too. I will never shop there again. UPDATE: When contacted by fraud officials, they refunded all the money they tried to take from me immediately.

Great experience here and amazing atmosphere! Didn't have to wait too long to be helped and got an amazing iPhone 12 phone plan deal. Dylan was very helpful I recommend asking for him if you need help!

Very frustrating experience!- Set me up with the wrong phone plan. Way more expensive than they said it would be.- Promised me money back for the USB-C charging box if I hold on to my plan for 6 months. They never sent me a receipt for my purchase even though I got all the other receipts emailed that came with the new phones. I have gone in there three times by now and asked them for my rebate discount but they just keep ignoring me.- The magnetic chargers I bought never worked.Don’t got there unless you enjoy a major headache!!!

Went there to have my iPhone fixed and the lights were on in the store but it was locked, all the devices including the tv were on. Be careful when you go because sometimes he’s not there and they leave the door locked with people think the store is open. Even if you call them when they are open they don’t answer the phone. Ridiculous

My experience at AT&T in West Islip 15 Udall Road) has been excellent. I switched from another major carrier to AT&T. Tony went out of his way to make sure that I received the best possible service. I was able to trade in two older Apple phones and get two new Apple 12 minis. I received a trade credit on each phone. Tony went above and beyond in answering all of my questions in regard to my review phone plan and assisted me I. the trade in of my new phones . Overall, I will be saving a substantial amount of money by switching to AT&T. I would highly recommend AT&T in West Islip to all of my everyone- an overall great experience.
