i had a garage door torsion spring snap early one saturday. i used the company’s website to send an email, and when they opened monday morning, douglas got back to me quickly. i mentioned i’d like an appointment, or if they were busy, to just let me know when they could fit me in since it wasn’t an emergency. i took my broken springs to their shop and they cut new ones for me right away—much faster than i thought it would take. the customer service was already excellent, but it didn’t stop there. after i installed the new springs myself, the door started to stick when opening about two feet off the ground. i called the next day and talked to douglas again. he listened to the issue and right away had an idea what was wrong. he gave me some advice over the phone, and after following his tips that evening, my garage door was working perfectly! there were a few chances where douglas could have just put me on the schedule and charged for a service call, but instead he shared his knowledge and solved my problem without any extra cost. i really appreciate how much money and time this saved me, and most of all, i’m glad my garage door works like new now. if anyone needs garage door service or a new door, i’ll definitely recommend this company.

Mason and Chase came out to fix our garage door motor in West Islip. They did an excellent job—when they checked, they found the motor wasn't working. Instead of leaving us without a working door, they had a new motor ready in their truck and installed it right away. They even helped set up the garage door opener in my car. early one morning in west islip, i accidentally backed into my garage door. a garage door service team arrived quickly to check out the damage. gregory made some calls, found the needed parts, and came back shortly with his helper to install a new garage door. they finished the installation fast, were very professional, cleaned up everything, and took away the old door. they made the whole experience easy and stress-free. i highly recommend their garage door service—they did an excellent job!

When our garage door stopped working right before a holiday, we reached out to Best West Islip Garage Door Service. Early the next morning, I spoke with their customer service, and they got back to me quickly. Gregory arrived exactly when they said he would. He found the problem right away—the brace attached to the garage door header had come loose, which made the door stop working. Gregory carefully fixed it by adding two new braces because he noticed the wood header was hollow in some spots and needed extra support. He explained everything he was doing and was very friendly. He also pointed out that three of our garage door panels were damaged and needed replacement, so he ordered new ones for us. He said he would come back to install them once they arrived. Our garage door is working great now, and we’re really grateful for the fast and expert help, especially during a busy weekend!

Called this company for an estimate they came out Agreed to a service charge next thing I know they hit my card for an extra 900$ called and left messages nobody answered or called back . this company is a scam. Do yourself a favor and call a reputable company not this one. All reviews also are probably fake

If you have a garage door issue, I highly recommend Best West Islip Garage Door Service. They are truly excellent. I had two rollers come off the track and the door was hanging, but after I called, Mason arrived quickly and fixed everything. He was very honest and didn't charge any extra fees, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use their services again in the future.
