Bob's Stores Footwear & Apparel is a popular shopping destination, especially for sneakers and work boots. Customers appreciate the wide selection of footwear and clothing available, with many stating it is their favorite place to shop for sneakers. However, some reviews mention frustrations with the store's product selection, particularly for workout wear, and issues with pricing visibility. Shoppers have expressed disappointment in the lack of displayed prices and have found certain items to be overpriced, which detracts from the shopping experience. The store environment has also drawn mixed feedback, with some customers noting the absence of air conditioning and suggesting improvements for employee comfort. Despite these concerns, the staff is often described as helpful and friendly, contributing positively to the overall experience. Bob's Stores provides a clean and organized space, complete with changing rooms and restrooms. The store also offers a free membership club that rewards customers with coupons. While some customers feel the store could benefit from a revamp, many continue to return for their shopping needs.
