I went two times there but i got some scratches in my new car . Then I informed the receptionist about the scratches but she was very rude and didn’t try to listen my objection. Terrible experience ever I faced .

Gotta love terrible communication and a worse process. Went up the block since they’re local and I had literally one question to ask and the guy proceeds to just clean out random garbage from a different car so I backed up and said see ya!

$30 for an exterior wash and armor all on the tires?! Didn’t even clean the windows which would think is standard even on an exterior wash at least the exterior of the glass would be cleaned! Way overpriced and lady didn’t even care when I was asking about the pricing, can go to the other spot for same service and half the price! Insane! Miss the old owner

2 cars in 1 week, Midtown wash, both still filthy afterwards. Back of cars seemed untouched, roofs striped, half-done.

Paid $92 for the VIP expecting a good service. Unfortunately, the car was returned with visible dirt and hair still inside. For that price, I expected much better quality. Disappointed and would not recommend or go back based on this experience.

They wanted $40 to hand wash my can am Spyder while cars are $36 i really don't understand that.that price is ridiculous $20 $25 I could see but that's just price gouging at it's finest. Smh

We've been going here for years and will NEVER go back. Worst service, paid premium price. The person behind the counter was rude, insulting and by far unprofessional and the manager at the time NOT helpful whatsoever! As i was speaking to the manager another customer came out all upset for being charged for services that were not done and the manager DID NOTHING! WORST NEW MANAGEMENT! Service done to our cars was done poorly after paying almost $90! Marks left on windshield, interior not done. Save your money and go somewhere else. So sad to see happen to this place, a once reputable establishment RUINED!

The only reason why I gave this place 2 stars is for workers that work hard at trying to get the vehicle clean after going through this half made car wash. $31 for a crappy exterior wash. Worst car wash I ever been to. Had to point out all the spots that were missed by the wooden brushes they washed my vehicle with.

This is THE BEST Handwash. My car stays clean with my membership with Everwash and washing my car here in West Islip. They take their time to clean the car and give the BEST customer service.
