I can't thank him enough for not giving up. He tried. Swapping parts and jumping stuff out and finally figured out what the problem was. He didn't give up and I thank him for that. In addition to above. I had to return 5 months later as my phone would not show home screen or go on unless I got a call or notification. The on/off/restart button wouldn't work & My screen was blank. Went to see Matt after trying to Google & fix it myself. In less than 5 min he magically did his thing. The rep at the front desk gave it back to me & said it was a software issue. I didn't get his name but he was so nice & helpful too! Thanks again Matt for saving the day!!! Highly recommend Matt at Deer Park location. THANK YOU!!!!”

They took the time, between pretty heavy customer load and the hot store, to un- ravel our monthly bill to where it should be. Our monthly bill had gone from @ 400$ 5.1.25 last year to over 600$ 7.14.26, for no apparent reason.
