“Store manager and Chris were phenomenal. I came in looking for an upgrade for my phone, and Chris was able to easily walk me through everything and apply the appropriate discounts. I then realized later that night that I had bought the wrong sized phone case and separately wanted to take advantage of additional discounts (including significantly discounted Apple Watch that came with my phone upgrade). After running back to the store with only 10 minutes left until closing, both Store manager and Chris were incredibly kind in correcting my purchase and allowing me to purchase more items. I am looking forward to coming back to AT&T if and when I ever need their assistance again!”
