Unfortunately, all that the representatives seem to care about here is the sale - not the customer. I came here to upgrade my phone and did not have the best experience. The two men who assisted me seemed very helpful at first but took over two hours to update our phones due to an "update". When we came back, they said found a great deal and could save me $10 per month by adding trackers on. Long story short, after speaking with a t-mobile rep through text, I found out that the only "deal" there was was getting $5 off the $10 per month trackers. I went back to the store to ask for clarification and to possible return the trackers. The representative was not helpful at all. Even after speaking with his manager over the phone, he was still not able to explain how having these trackers would save me money. They were claiming my bill would be less money and if I took them off, it would go up in price, which the rep who I chatted with while in store confirmed that is not sure and she was not sure where they got that information from. I had to ask several times in a row for the trackers to be returned and he kept offering that the manager could call me when I was no longer interested after the conversation I had with the rep while waiting over an HOUR in the store. I will not be coming back here and hope to find a better experience at another t-mobile.

The staff seemed extremely lazy & the manager started laughing to her other coworker about how many photos I had on my phone, making me feel extremely uncomfortable. Of all my years going to phone stores, I've NEVER had a worker make comments about what I had on my phone & be extremely rude. I'll never be going there again. I highly suggest you hire all new staff & a new manager to this place. Horrible.
