They handled all communication with them, kept in frequent communication with me and were able to address and repair the engine issue. Few days later, engine light went on for an unrelated issue. They prioritized the repair, and once again, worked with the warranty company and were able to get the truck approved for the repair and fixed in a short amount of time. Eric and Melissa were easy to deal with (along with my many questions), and never made me feel like I was a bother. Highly, highly recommended.”
