Towers Flowers, everyone who works there are amazing, caring, & brilliant. We had a death recently on a Saturday night & the funeral was Monday.
Fast I know but I called Towers Sunday & in less than 24 hours the incredible standing flowers were created beautifully & delivered to the funeral home.
I live out of state but called Towers directly because no one else on Long Island could have made that large of flowers & take an order on a Sunday to be delivered the next day!!!
Thank you Tom & all the fantastic people at Towers.

I first encountered Towers Flowers when I went to a wedding Expo at Nassau Coliseum with my girlfriends and my mom. They had a raffle to win your bridal bouquet for free with your purchase and who doesn’t like free things?! I received a call letting me know I won and when I could set up an appointment with Jan the wedding florals coordinator. Met with Jan and she listened to everything I wanted and told me I’d have the most beautiful bouquet/centerpieces! I originally wanted a mix of highs and lows for the centerpieces. Jan was very upfront about the price difference of having a mix of high/ lows to only having lows. I also wanted lanterns included into my centerpieces, Jan again was very upfront and told me that it would be cheaper to buy my own lanterns and give them to her a few days prior to the wedding to fixate them into the centerpieces. They were also the most reasonably priced flower vendor I had encountered, so I knew I had to snatch them up quick! A few months later I call Jan for another appointment because I had so much time to think that I wanted to switch up my flowers. Not a problem! Switched were made with ease since we were not too close to our deadline yet. Met with Jan the final time to review what our beautiful centerpieces would look like with the centerpieces I supplied her and they looked beautiful! I wanted to switch out one of the flowers because it just did not fit the look I was going for and again… no issue at all! Jan was happy to do it and gave me a few options to go in its place! I was overall very happy with the service I received and my florals were GORGEOUS! Better than I could have ever dreamt! There was a little snafu when the centerpieces had not arrived the day of to the venue until close to 8pm right before guests walked into the reception, but they arrived nonetheless! I had people asking me all night if they were real because they looked too perfect and there was not a single one left to be taken home because everyone raved over them! I’m surprised a fight didn’t break out! My mom couldn’t stop saying all night how very pretty everything was and what an amazing job had been done.

My wedding yesterday was as amazing as ever. Big thanks to towers flowers!!
We had so many wonderful flowers that stayed beautiful and fresh the entire time.
Not a single petal withered the entire night.

We wanted blue roses for the best man and groom included so we bought some fake flowers online and they were happy to include them for us to make things pop. They added real flowers around them to make them seem real alongside the real flowers used for the groomsmen. We provided any extra flowers we had and they made them work extremely well, even using some in the altar decoration. Guests were surprised that the flourist was able to decorate in such a way it all looked like real flowers.
The guests were talking about the lovely centerpieces even down to how beautiful the leaves smelt.
(Which, by the way, was AMAZING)
Big thanks to Jan who helped sort everything out. It made everything super simple for me and my now-husband and we are ever so thankful.
If you are considering going here, you would make the correct decision to trust them for your wedding day. You are in good hands at Towers Flowers.

Wonderful experience! I came here to purchase flowers for my mom, as it was her birthday. I was helped by Kate, who was so nice! I will definitely be using them for special occasions!

I put my trust in Tom during a difficult time for my wife and I. I explained the situation and what I was looking for and he pulled through big time. Lisa daughters loved the arrangement as did my wife. They were actually a big talking point amongst everyone at the service. Thank you for the beautiful tribute to our friend.

I had an exceptional experience with Towers flowers! I recently placed an order for my 16 yr olds son passing away anniversary. I had a vision of what the flowers should look like for a child as opposed to an elderly natural passing. Towers went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
They patiently listened to my preferences and made thoughtful suggestions to ensure my Vision come to life. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged.
Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.

Pre-ordered tropical arrangements for my father's service. Brought in pictures, went over-- in detail-- the flowers to be included and specified only greenery could be substituted. Selected and saw the cylinder vases I wanted to be used. I was charged $75 to borrow three stands which I didn't think was right (a deposit of course, but a fee to rent?), especially since I had to physically bring them back myself. I did cancel them because I found other ones online and could keep them.They encouraged me to use the rental fee for the casket arrangement to add flowers so I would be happy with it. The flowers were beautiful, but stargazer lillies were used as filler. I specifically requested no stargazers as my mother and I are highly allergic. After I called, someone came to replace them, but the flowers were not very tropical looking and ruined the overall theme. I appreciated them coming, but I really feel they were trying to use cheaper filler flowers. The vases were not the ones I selected as I wanted a modern feel. I'm a very detail oriented person and I spent time preparing pictures, and going over my exact wants and what I didn't want. It was very disappointing, especially at such a sad time.

I met Lauren at Villa Lombardis bridal expo in February of 2023. She was absolutely wonderful and helpful. She referred me to Jan to schedule an appointment for a floral consultation. Jan was great to work with. She understood our desires of what we wanted our flowers to look like. Thank you so much for the beautiful flowers you created for our wedding! I have enjoyed your professionalism and working with you!

Called from Massachusetts to have an arrangement made for a new baby boy. Received pictures from family when the flowers were delivered to the hospital and was not happy with what I saw.

I had a wedding package from Essex which included a florist i picked this shop because i enjoyed there style i unfortunately had to cancel my booking due to there decision to violate the terms of our original contract, signed on 05/12/23.they replaced the original $0 setup cost with an additional $50 charge without my permission, and when I requested they provide the original contract i was told it was thrown away when Jen created a new one. To be clear this is not about $50; this is about the unprofessional and unethical conduct of this company. The person I spoke to on the phone was very nice and did offer for a manager to reach out to me, but honestly I cannot do business with a company that allows for this kind of disrespectful and unethical conduct. If you are determand to go with this company be sure to get a copy of your signed contract. and understand all encluded might not be the case and be sure to ask about any additonal fees

Stopped by looking around, didn't get anything but they were super friendly, even gave my 1 year old son a free balloon, they had beautiful flowers! Recommended!!
