Well DO NOT use stop and shop delivery! The jerks came fake delivered and stole $317 worth of food! Stop and shop won't do anything about it! I spoke to many higher ups (including Greg who wouldnt provide his last name) for the past 3 hours and I'm going to blast them wherever I can! Now criminals have our weeks worth of food and they won't do anything for us! BEWARE

It takes quite a bit to get me upset, yet this store finally did it. Few orders that I have placed are completed effectively. Sale items are very often out of stock. They have lame excuses for everything. Today, I will spend an extra two hours traveling back and forth to complete my order, which they screwed up again. "Do you want a refund?" "No, I don't want a refund, I want to be able to feed my guests over the weekend." With the prices as high as they are these days, doing business with this store has become a nightmare. I just called back to cancel the items they forgot to include, but that I paid for. I decided I have had enough of their shenanigans. I will no longer be doing business with this store. On my way out to give my business to a local mom and pop store, even if the prices are higher.

I have been shopping at this store for at least 10 years. Spending on average $800.00 per month. Lately the service , meats, produce are below average The management is non existent. Will be traveling to whole foods in massapequa or trader Joe's in commack.

I love all the employees in the store. They are so kind and helpful, they drop everything to help me whenever I have a question. This is not the case in any other Stop & Shop I've been to. Today, I went through the express checkout with my scanner, I had to scan several items separately which I purchased from produce. I had to put them on the scale after I scanned them. After I paid, I forgot them on the scale, this kind young man wearing a Santa hat came running out to the parking lot and found me with the items that I left on the scale. Thank you so much!

I was shopping at the West Islip location and needed an item in the produce department. The shelf was empty so I looked around for a produce clerk to ask if they had any in the back. The produce clerk I asked was named Sal and he put down whatever he was packing out and went in the back to look and brought out the item quickly. Great Customer service like that is rare and should be rewarded!!!

This store needs a lot of help the employees think they are doing every one a favor , They act like they are better then the shopper and how dare you bother me while I'm texting I had a run in with the women manager she is not manager material she is a push over by the workers. One more thing give one of these workers a full mask cover and you will be treated like dirt . Done no more hi Shop Rite 109.

Great place to catch the Covid Virus. Watched them take carts off the lot and bring them in the store without wiping them down. As if thats not bad enough there are no hands wipes or sanitizer upon entering the store. I asked an employee about this and they told me that the carts are washed at night. That makes me feel so much better??? Really! We are in the middle of a pandemic. I am forced to wear a mask, but I have to pray that the last person using my cart was not carrying the corona virus. Besides that, the produce department is constantly empty along with many other store items. Back to Shoprite in Commack for me!

Some of the Employees do not cover their nose with the mask and one I saw was just wearing a face shield which is not protocol! Many customers do not cover nose also. Walked out will not shop at that store in west islip.

They redid the whole store. Unfortunately - it's 8:15 and customer service desk is still closed. Bottle room closed. Need workers not self help cashiers. Workers keep passing me and don't even acknowledge. Gave it another chance - no good. Back to ShopR

The store itself is fine. Very clean........but my biggest pet peeve is that most of the cashiers no longer bag your groceries. Isn’t it still their job? If not, then lower their salaries and put up a sign that says Must Bag Your Own Groceries. They actually stand there an watch me do it and I am a senior citizen. Today the cashier got impatient with me because I wouldn’t take the receipt from her......I was busy bagging. She kept saying ...here’s your receipt. Hello..you could have helped me bag and I would take the receipt sooner.

I have been shopping at the store for at least 10 years and I finally decided this is the last straw. I will now shop at Stop & Shop in West Babylon on 109.Some of the employees are rude and disrespectful. Today I asked two men who were packing out where something was and they rudely looked at me and yelled three.I asked them do you mean Aisle three and they just laughed.I am not a senile old lady and I should have complained to the manager!Then they kind of laughed with each other and went back to the packing out. These lowlifes probably can't get another job but packing out in a supermarket.This West Islip store is usually out of most things I buy. I have asked the manager why they do not carry things and he says just what we have on the shelves and did not make an effort to order anything different.I have gone to the west Babylon store and lo and behold they have all the items I am looking for.Obviously it's the manager in the West Islip store.I have called the customer service number for Stop & Shop but nothing seems to change!!!Stop & Shop wake up!!!!!!!Here's an update on the Stop & Shop in West Islip. Now they are keeping the shopping carts outside instead of keeping them nice and dry inside. They stack them up in front of the bottle room so that you can't even get into the bottle room. When is Stop & Shop going to wake up!!!!!!I don't like using a soaking wet shopping cart.

The produce is really bad...overpriced and very poor quality...The meat is also awful...everything else is good,but those are the two most important things...and they suck at it.

The fruit quality is inconsistent as is the quality of the vegetables. There is a good selection of baby food and the location is safe.

Honestly wish I could give no stars. We have given this grocery store a chance time and time again, can't say I will be returning. Shelves ALWAYS empty. Food never fresh. Cold cuts always slimey. I really wonder who manages this establishment because they should be fired.

Very rude manager. The west end entrance was closed for a few days. I made the mistake of asking when it would re-open. An extremely rude manager sarcastically (?) replied "When its fixed". Great customer service!
