I was in the store five minutes ago and returned my shoes. The girl who works here is always very sullen. She uses her phone a lot and doesn't pay attention to the customers. The service here is terrible when this girl works.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! The customer service at this Adidas store was hands down the best in the entire mall. My friend and I had been shopping for hours, and Adidas was our last stop. We were tired and indecisive, but the tall white guy working there (I wish I could remember his name!) was beyond amazing. He helped us find the right sizes, gave great advice, and was super, super, super patient with us as we tried on multiple pieces. His kindness and professionalism made our shopping experience so much better. Thank you for the outstanding service!
