“Had to set up an Estate account. Kristine was so helpful in discovering the available accounts, setting up the EIN, giving us some guidance, and not rushing us. My sister and I were very happy with her assistance and she also has a good sense of humor. We went to another bank after this, with quite different results. We may transfer those accounts to Valley once we get access to them.
Just a follow-up to the above review: we did transfer that account!”

“I love this bank. Recently my husband and I received a government check. He was going to deposit it in a bank he uses. I am disabled and going to a bank on a rainy day just to deposit a check into his account wasn't something I needed to do. His bank wouldn't take the check until I came in even though he had all my ID! He went to another bank he uses and they refused as well. He went to ny Wells Fargo and he deposited without problem. Thank Wells, you made my husband fan!”

“I started going to this branch when I discovered it was closer to my job than the one near my home. I quickly found it to be much more welcoming and received faster service as well. All the ladies there are super sweet and helpful (the young men as well but I typically converse and make small talk w the women) they're always happy and don't look like they hate their jobs like a lot of other branches. Today I was making my weekly deposit when I was told, much to my surprise, my account had been overdrawn. It appeared a take out order was pending before I had transferred all my funds and that's what caused the overdraft. The 35$ fee was not something I anticipated and I was VERY frustrated to learn I was paying for a stupid mistake. When I left the manager said his usual " thank you have a good weekend " due to my frustration I mumbled yea thanks... Rather sarcastically. I was visibly upset although it was no ones fault. A few minutes after my departure I received a call from the manager stating that he was made aware of the situation w my account and due to my account being usually in good standing he took care of the fee as a one time courtesy ! I was planning on calling Wells Fargo customer service to see if I could get that done myself but the fact that they took it upon themselves to save me that hassle and the 35$ fee without asking just really made my day! I'm so thankful to them and their continued professionalism and dedication to providing exceptional customer service . They went above and beyond for me I will refer friends and family to this branch! Thanks again guys !!”

“Walked into this bank branch after having a horrible experience on 3rd Ave. I was greeted by Esther who took care of opening a new account which I struggled to get done on 3rd Ave branch. This is the branch I will use going forward!”
“I can't say enough nice things about this bank. FIrst of all they pay a very good interest rate and their interface is very easy to use.
During the fires in Lahaina Hawaii they deposited around 2K into my account to help either myself of those in need who were victims of the fire. When has any bank actually given you money? This is such an amazing act by a bank to help those in need.”

“I've come here quite a few times in the past year. The tellers always look so unhappy and never smile. I worked in a bank for 7 years and the importance of good customer service was drilled into our heads. It really irks me when I do not receive it, esp at a bank. Be nice to your customers, smile, ask them how they are, then ask them if there is anything else you can help them with, then thank them and tell them to have a great day!
