The assistant manager, Illana was the best hands down ! Best customer service I've seen in years, she knew exactly what crocs I was going for & helped me put the jibbits together ! These are the type of people that need to be hired !!!! She took her time with me but most importantly was kind and super passionate about her position and the background of it !! 1000/10 if your going to go to any croc store please let it be this one🥰🥰

Will Never Shop at this Location Ever Again i was there a few days ago purchase a pair of Mens echo Crocs and they were extremely uncomfortable my Wife Accidentally threw the receipt away i purchased the shoes with my debit card which i have the Transaction on my phone and there basically telling me they can't do anything without a receipt i wasn't asking for a refund all i wanted to do is exchange the Croc for a different style that is more comfortable and without a receipt all they could offer is the same style anyone who wants to buy Crocs your better off going to Champs or any other store that Sells Crocs Also There Attitude Sucks they shouldn't be in the Customer service Business

They charged me 114 for 2 classic and I Asked about the discount and said they have none.
I went to get more on a different store, they charged me 85 .. couldn’t return because i already gave em to someone

The quality of the shoes is not good at all. I bought the shoes for my child yesterday. When I wore them today, the light on one of the shoes stopped working. I called the store and they told me to contact the official website. I called the website and they told me to contact the store... In the end, no one cared about me. I just asked for a replacement pair instead of a refund... And the store's attitude was very bad...

Very busy place, watch your surroundings, enough merchandise, and most importantly, the sizes you're looking for. They are very costly when it comes to the packages for the ornaments that go on crocs, and when you ask staff for help when it comes to this, no help is available, it's like they are almost inclined to not help when it comes to the ornaments that go on crocs. They will help you with getting the Crocs. Good luck with getting an explanation or even help on this subject matter with the stuff that goes on Crocs.. Crocs were 40 plus tax, and I ended up with an 80 dollar bill unacceptable for only one pair. Will not be visiting again ..

Illana was of great help to us. We are coming back next time to get a pair of crocs for our 7 yr old. She was very good with both of our kids and we appreciate the patience since we have 2 boys.
