They sent me 2 left feet. Then the shoe was out of stock and didn’t offer me anything for the mistake or inconvenience of returning.

As a person who has worked in retail before I can honestly say this is not the way to treat customers. I went in to do a size exchange for 2 sneakers and was told we needed a receipt even though we paid with card and the girl working there was very rude and did not even try to help us in any way when we asked questions. All she kept repeating was we need the receipt with an attitude like we were interrupting her conversation about some boy she was having with another employee. And in between trying to see what we can do she continued having that conversation saying things like “ he looks mad good” mind you we had children with us it really was not appropriate. To top it off I do believe she was a manager and she should know better. If I could give this store 0 stars I would.

Let me start off with that I work in retail so I know company policies so with that being said I went into the store yesterday. Had a very rude person. I went in to do a size exchange she trying to tell me that the shoes were used and to even top it off she went on to say the shoes were chewed up by a dog. As she’s saying all this some men is standing next to her shaking his head and I’ll say again I don’t know what position they hold in the store because neither of them had a name tag on. Maybe she be smarter with her words and know her product because that how the shoe is actually made. I do not own a pet and accuse someone of that is absurd.

The new assistance manager that's there , idk how she got her position, but she needs to learn how to be a manager and speak with people she is interviewing, I recently had an interview where after she made me feel uneasy. I didn't real feel like it was interview, I didn't feel welcome, I felt more she had to do it but she didn't want to be there. Its 2023, if you don't like it there leave!! For someone that had work with the company before, and that mall, see why most people don't want to work there. she needs better training

Customer Service is dead everywhere you go in the mall, especially here. Had bought my 2yo son a pair of 270s in red and had him wear them out. My fault as the parent for not checking the sizes. But because i didn't need the box i told them they can throw it out for which they did so willinging. When i got home i realized the mistake and when i called to try and correct it...go figure no box no return. Thanks for all your help.

Garbage, the staff was acting like their shoes were something. They were watching my parents as they trying to find shoes. They didn't let my parents see the displays they immediately snatched the displays from my dad as he wanted see them. My dad asked for a pair from the back and tried them on. He's very attentive to small details and noticed that that the shoes looked off. He noticed the paint job was terrible and the shoes looked very different from the ones on the display and the manager noticed and snatched the display from my dad. They tried sell my father fake shoes. Would give zero stars if they had the option to.

Worst sneaker store in the mall. the employee who I believe to be the manager is named Eli needs to be fired asap! They don’t ever have the latest sneakers + restocks, why you might ask? The manager backdoors to a store downstairs in the mall called “Headquarters” I’ve seen it with my own eyes. You ask for any shoe that’s restocked at every single FINISHLINE nearby, and they don’t have it? Doesn’t make any sense. Store is bad business, I liked the old manager. Please fire the manager asap. Also made me donate extra money during a release day because it’s apart of there release day fee? FINISHLINE needs to investigate asap

Tried to return shoes that I had for only 40 days. The policy is 45 days from the day you purchase. They’re not only rude disrepectful and dishonest but they also back-door shoes. Backdoor means they give the best shoes they have and sell them behind the scenes to people that aren’t actual unsuspecting customers. I’d suggest shopping elsewhere if you want to dealt with honest people and not worry about them rejecting you from returning when they’re in the wrong…

Cancelled my order twice without void reason. Over an $800 dollar charge and the best answer I could get was, it was probably out of stock. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with in my life.
