“Wes, the manager went above and beyond! So did his co-worker, unfortunately I did not get his name... But I will tell you it was in the last hour of their shift today, October 11th... We were dealing with a monsoon near the Palisades Mall.. And they helped us do our return with an expedient refund... We also took our time shopping and they helped us order things where there's some disconnect between who orders what in store versus, online, With bad internet from the mall itself...? How about a boxed lunch? Specific internet for customers? Respectfully, these two gentlemen should be recognized in whatever way they can possibly be..., American dream is closer to us, but we don't like the hassle we have with the parking, etc.... And Edison's way too far... At least we can drive up To the Palisades Mall... Have a wonderful time at the Palisades Mall, Visit family, and possibly frequent this store without paying anxiety provoking, overpriced parking if you're there for more than 15 minutes?.. To make memories and a simple, nice night out ,or day out, depending on whatever family request is happening at the time... I'm sure this feedback is extremely specific, but guess what, those two helped us in the last 45 minutes and did not make us feel rushed... And that's what matters 😀”

“PROS: Very unique store, always has items that are on infomercials. The place is a good size for the type of products they sell. Everything under the sun and at good prices to address all your needs.CONS: The bitter-sweet con of having everything is lack of organization. Unfortunately, all items are scattered and hardly have categories. One shelf can have items that belong to 6 different categories making it hard to find something in particularOVERALL: Definitely a must see for any mall visitor. You will find something in here that will best suit you. You just need some time to go through everything”

“Showcase is a fun store with a great selection of toys, gadgets, accessories, and unique gift items. The staff especially Brini is the best, she is very friendly and helpful. They have lots of trendy and interesting products you don’t usually find in regular stores, which makes browsing exciting. The store is well organized, clean, and easy to walk through. It’s a great place to shop for gifts or just to find something cool and different.”
