Beautiful store but their cashiers are rude a does not have any type of customer service training. Females who are working at this location is because other companies had common sense in not hiring them. Truly ratchet and ghetto.

H&M is one of my favorite stores to shop in. I can always find something unique and pretty. And of course, always at a great price. I love the idea that if you bring in a used item, you can receive 20% off on your next purchaseH&M style is modern, so that makes a great place to shop. They have multiple styles which can make your shopping experience easier and great pricing .

Trash customer service. I was trying to find the perfect pair of cargo pants and I wss stuck between 2 because I wasn’t sure which size in mens would fit me best. So I went to the dressing room and there stood some girl. I asked “Can I try this on?” And she just says “No.” Without any sort of apology or any other way to make up for not allowing me to try on the clothes. It’s so inconvenient because how tf am I supposed to know what fits? Literally the employees can go to hell. The store isn’t even that great nor is it that clean and the lines are unnecessarily long. That’s why I left both pieces of clothes in the wrong spot. Whatever!

It is not allowed to measure in measuring cells today. To my question, where can it be measured? I was told, outside. And if the size is not good - come to exchange.I'm not local. And I don't have the option to change again. There is no reason to close when the store is open.

Fitting room closed!?!?!?Spend one hour in the store carrying pieces in hands and wanted to try them to find out that fitting room is closed!

Are fitting rooms still closed at this location? I have purchased countless of garments at this store since it has opened. I have been a loyal H&M customer. I had an issue yesterday, March 15th. I am triple vaxxed with a mask on. I also used a hand sanitizer before entering the store. A staffer told me I was not allowed to try on a piece of garment inside the store.I was disappointed.I used to like this store, but now, shopping and customer service experience went major downhill. No one seems to want to help you due to a staffing shortage. How come at other locations & other stores, they opened their fitting rooms?So I called H&M customer service today, March 16th and the customer service online and on the phone said fitting rooms are opened. Yesterday, I was NOT allowed to try on clothes. It seems to be a staffing issue. I am Asian American and it seems that I was not felt welcomed in this store yesterday. It is quite disappointing. Hopefully, management and staff members are willing to be open to feedback and be more welcoming to customers.

I am a long time H&M customer and I did not have any bad experience until now on 3/22/22 at the palisades mall store, I wanted to reach men t shirts it was a little high up. I asked one of the employees to get it for me and she just says no to me. I asked her do you work here? she says nooo and walk away mean while she is wearing a name tag also she is fixing clothes in the store, what I did was I found a stool and got it my self …….. I Got home I realized that the security sensors were not removed from my two dresses I bought that my daughter needed for the next day. Those sensors did not went off when I walked away from the store. If they did at least I could of go back to the register and have them removed….. my daughter got so upset . So I came early today of course to get them removed it was around 10:30 of course doors were closed but I see employees walking around and I asked please to remove those sensors for me cause my daughter needs a dress ASAP and she said no wait until 11 I explain the reason why and she said let me ask my manager and I said please do. Of course the manager said yes they did it me. I thanked her and I apologized with her but at the end I did not like when she said to me “ next time don’t come before opening hours “in a very rude tone, and I said to her okay I won’t as long as you guys make sure you do your job and walk away.

I am a H&M lover and a long time member of H&M. I’m writing about the incident that occurred at the H&M store at the Palisades Mall in West Nyack New York on 2/27. I went to this location to return a belt with the receipt on my H&M app because the belt was loose. The sales rep called the store manager Lola because the register gave her an error message. Lola said, “I’m going to tell you what you did, you return this item” in a loud and intimidating voice in front of many customers who were waiting in line. I was shocked and embarrassed. I informed Lola that the item was not returned and I still have it with me. I showed her my receipt and the belt. She kept repeating over and over “you returned this item or exchanged it.” I called H&M customer service and reported the incident to a supervisor named Francis. He called the store to speak to Lola. I left the store because Lola refused to help me and went home to search for the hard copy of the receipt.I came back to the store the same day with the correct receipt and asked Francis to stay on the line to make sure the incident did not escalate. The cashier called Lola. She continued to give me a difficult time and searched for another transaction in the system to prove she was right even though I had a hard copy of the receipt! I informed Francis who was on the phone listening to the situation. When Lola heard me reporting the incident to the HM Supervisor, she said, “I can't do this” and proceeded to give me the refund. This was an extremely unprecedented shopping experience at H&M. As a woman of color, I felt discriminated against and humiliated in a store full of people. I am demanding an apology from Lola. I hope this never happens to another customer ever again!
