I came here just to say Gabe at this location is 13/10. Above and beyond doesnt even begin to explain my experience with him. I had been hunting everywhere for a specific shoe. He called all over to get me them and he did! This location has an absolute gem working for them. He was so polite and helpful. I cannot say enough about him!

I wish I got the woman's name because she was a delight. Super helpful. Super nice. Running all over the store trying to help everyone. Please find out who was working 6/8/25 at around 1-2ishpm because she was wonderful.

Unfortunately, I don't think some of these workers know how to properly communicate with their customers. I went into the store to get a pair of shoes. When trying to look for help, I noticed multiple employees gathered by the register just staring in my direction. One of them stood out and said that if I didn't pick up a shoe, she wouldn't know how to help me. Of course to some people it might have not seem disrespectful but she didn’t have to use a bad tone or give me attitude. It made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.

Called to see if they had a size and they didn’t COCO was very helpful . She searched for the size we needed in other store for us and found them .. thank you Coco keep up the good work

Unfortunately, i had a negative confrontation with a worker. I was with my two friends at the mall. I went in to look at some new adidas shoes for myself, so one friend came in with me as the other didnt. He immediately approached us, telling us to “get out of his store”, and when i told him i was shopping, he repeatedly said, “no your not, get out”. I guess it was because we are kids (16 and 17, so not really), he assumed we were causing trouble. He then forced all 3 of us into the store. I’m sure he’ll lie about whay happened, so i’m posting this now so corporate or some manager sees it and can check surveillance cameras to see what happened. He was a tall guy, with an afro-like hair. This was very disappointing, and I’m sure i wont be coming back

We went here to get shoes and the shoes they give you are uncomfortable and don't fit right. Yes the shoe size they told us to try on and get was off and uncomfortable. Overpriced and go elsewhere for better quality care and service.

Awful costumer Service. They don't even measure the foot and it's just awful. I will go somewhere else to buy shoes from now on. No point on spending money at this place. Too expensive and shoe places aren't the same anymore. Especially this one.
