TERRIBLE! WORST PLACE EVER! NEVER GO THERE! It was more than a month that we brought our Chromebook to repair the screen that was broken. They said it would be fixed in a week, and it wasn't at all like that. We went after a week and they said it wasn't fixed and to wait another week. After that we had to go there 2 or 3 more times just for them to tell us it wasn't ready. After spending a lot of money traveling here and a lot of days, we had to wait a for a month. They gave it to us damaged because it had a big stain on the screen. Something that wasn't there last time. He was going to charge us 130 dollars for the repair. But knowing it wasn't fixed well, we offered him 80 dollars. But we almost had to call the police because they didn't want to accept our offer. Finally, they gave it to us, but we had a Chromebook that was still damaged the same. Don't go there, even if it was for free.

terrible. please do not go.
i went in to fix my screen to my mac book since it was broken; small fix. i came home with it, and the battery was broken. i went back and they charged me $100 for it. next thing i know, my entire computer stopped working. i went to get it checked out at a more professional place, and they found that they broke my battery and used scotch tape to fix it during my FIRST FIX. i’m no tech genius but i don’t think they need to open the battery part to fix the screen! complete scam artists. they need to get out of this business.

Absolutely scam artists. They charged me $120 to replace my screen, which broke in a week. I went back and they denied liability, charging me $90 to replace it again. When I got my phone back, the speaker no longer worked, making the phone useless for calls, plus there was a white spot on the LCD. Again, they denied liability, and said they'd have to charge me to fix it, but there's no way I'm giving them money to break my phone again. I'm genuinely surprised they are allowed to do business.

We changed the screen and the screen stopped working the next day. We came back because there was supposed to be a 30 day warranty, but they said that it wasn't a defect and that it was all our fault.

Barely lasted a few days without noticing glitching issues on a new screen. They’ll lie through the nose just to take your money. Highly do not recommend poor poor quality goods used.

BEWARE!!! TOTALLY STAY AWAY FROM THIS "MOBILE COUTURE".The White Dude with somewhat short hair kinda bald ugly looking was only nice to talk to me in the beginning when I asked about screen protector & after he changed the screen protector & charged my credit card, his whole behavior changed towards me & I saw the same behavior from him towards other customer there too. Not sure if he has mental issues. Not sure if he is the owner or manager of this Kiosk Location but he was behaving very rudely when question was asked after paying & seemed like he didn't want to answer question & kept rushing me, including few other customers who came after me. After that I walked a bit far away & watched him, he behaved the same with other customers in similar rude manner. If you have people like him, all you will get is loss of business due to bad experience and when customers want answer, you should really take time to answer them kindly & not be rude, that's good customer service.ADDITIONALLY, THEY WERE OVERCHARGING EVERYONE COMING THERE. Online you get 2-3 good quality screen protectors for $10 & they charge between $13 & $17 for one. RIP OFFS & VERY RUDE IMPOLITE CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO.THEY ARE NOT VERY TECH SAVVY EITHER. ESPECIALLY THE WHITE DUDE!!!

Fixed my phone here today. Just wanted to start off by saying, the service here is absolutely amazing. They replaced the front and back of my iPhone 13 and did an outstanding job on it. In addition, they then later included a strong case and glass screen protector for a great price. After my visit to mobile couture today I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you Gentlemen.

bad service rude pushy manager the screen they put in glitches from day 1 they charge the same amount as apple does dont be fooled go to apple first orelse youll be stuck with a bad quality non compatable part.

Owner don't granted guarantee. I paid $400 for an screen which came with water marks. Seems fine because you don't notice on every page. Please don't go there..

TERRIBLE!!! if I could take stars away, I would!!I went in with a slightly cracked screen corner on my IPhone to have it replaced. The phone itself was working perfectly fine. I ultimately ended up returning to the kiosk, and having the same phone screen, replaced three times!! IN 3 DAYS!!!! After the last time, I gave it a full hour before it started acting funny yet again but I couldn’t return for another week. By the time I actually returned, I my phone had actually been damaged once again, in the same spot from trying to slide the screen up! It’s slid straight out of my hands! When I returned to the shop to finally get my money back, the manager explained that they don’t refund… the only thing he could offer was to replace the screen yet again. For the 4th time, the employees are super incompetent.
