Worst experience ever. They lack of customer service skills. Do not buy from them. Waste of time and money. MORGAN the manager there has no clue on how to treat customers. She is very rude and not helpful at all.

I placed an order on Pacsun site 3 weeks prior to realizing that I received partial shipment. The tracking showed that this store created a label on 11/20, today 11/30 the shipment is still at their store. I called to find out the status of the order, the person that answered the phone was not customer service oriented. She said they are behind on shipments and that she couldn’t provide me with a status because they are too busy. They shipped out about 100 orders, there’s a possibility that ours when out but could not confirm. She was rushing off the phone and didn’t sound like she wanted to help.

was charged sales tax on a $40 pair of shorts - questioned it and was told its taxable in NY, got home and looked up the tax laws and saw that I was right and pacsun is fraudulently charging sales tax on items under $110

Two people, male and female, who were working on 9/28 at closing time were extremely rude. Drove 1 1/2 to shop for an upcoming show not knowing the mall closed at 8 but as I was in the store shopping the moment it hit 8 we got a crazy attitude. Pacsun is a good store over all but those workers are not.

Bought a dress two days ago and it was one size too small for my daughter. Came back to exchange it for a size bigger and they told me I was going to have to pay $10 to exchange the same exact dress in a size bigger because I didn’t have the receipt with me. Manager did nothing to help me despite this being completely ridiculous. Terrible customer service. Thanks for nothing.???

No matter what clothing item I get the sizes are off I have 3 “same” size shirts and they are all different. ?? step your game up no wonder why it’s usually empty

I was extremely displeased with the entire staff of the store. I brought my friend into the store to buy a new wardrobe of spring clothes on 03/19/2021. The entire staff made my friend and I feel extremely uncomfortable by weirdly watching us the entire time, like we were doing something wrong. After watching the staff blatantly talk down about my friend and I, even chuckling to themselves like they were back in high school. I began to get very frustrated in the way this store was being run. I told my friend we should leave and to put the clothes we were going to buy in the bag we brought. I guess the manager there, Jamie, never heard of the ban on plastic bags in New York and how it is suggested to bring your own. I say that because while I was putting the things I bought into My backpack, she had the nerve to accuse me of stealing. Apparently she believed the Warner Brothers Space Jam hat that I bought from five below next door, was an item in her store. Come on, the manager doesn’t even know what clothes she has in her store!? She was beyond disrespectful to my friend and I, and I’ve never felt the need to leave a bad review anywhere until this unfortunate event. I will never shop here again.

the workers here are indescribable. they think their job is a hangout. you can’t even ask for help because they make it seem like you are interrupting them. i’ve got nothing but attitude back from them and it is awful. i love this store but the workers almost ruin it for me and my family. it’s disappointing to spend hundreds of dollars here and get treated this way.

Employees super lazy. Stood at the fitting room for a very long time while making it apparent I needed a fitting room, employees ignored me and stood in groups talking. Just bought pants without trying ended up not fitting. Do better
