Joshua gave us awesome piercings! Very professional, friendly, and PATIENT. If you go on a Saturday, expect delays to your appointment (mostly because of picky customers who think they know better than the expert). Esmeily did a wonderful job piercing my teenagers ears. She was extremely professional and explained in detail what to expect before, during and after. She was very gentle and had a sweet personality. I highly recommend using Banter in the Palisades Mall to get your ears pierced!
