Yes you will pay top dollar according to the mission statement. But your supposed to get the best results. You will only get average if your lucky, on top of terrible organization and response. I have dealt with them on numerous occasions all based on a big project at my house. The workers are great hard workers. My problem is with the company men not the workers. For example I paid for 5 yards of top soil. I’m lucky if I got 2 yards. Small example. But I addressed this issue and it was brushed off. I’m in the business of moving earth so I know what to expect. One of my bushes died they planted, they replaced it with a different type of bush but same family of azalea. It is totally different but way nicer than the other 10 they planted. I should have gotten these extremely nicer plants in the first place. One of my points how you’ll pay top dollar but not get that amazing final result, not to mention I had to be around daily to instruct the guys of the project specs. The end result is just ok. Which I didn’t pay for just ok. I payed for exceptional. Go with someone else.

We lived at our house in Stony Point for 24 years and went through 4 landscapers before finding ProCut. We have been using ProCut for over a decade now and have been very satisfied. We have had Spring & Fall cleanups, pruning, drainage installation, yard regrading, and regular lawn maintenance services. Dahiana in the office is unbelievably responsive, helpful, and efficient. If you call the office, you can be certain to get a response, clarification, friendly service and/or resolution. Bill, the owner, is knowledgeable and extremely understanding of the timeliness of projects. His staff is hard working, courteous and well managed. I am moving and know it will be nearly impossible to find this level of service elsewhere. I highly recommend ProCut Landscaping.

The guys did a great job installing a new topping of mulch, cut in trench lines around the beds and cleaned out some of the overgrowth along the side yard. Excellent work!

This is the second year Pro Cut has cut and maintained our lawn. The lawn is usually cut on the same day each week. The people cutting the lawn do a good job and are friendly. The lawn is looking good.

I was very happy with the foundation drainage Pro Cut installed on two sides of my late 1970s home. The job was to seal, install a membrane, put in gravel, and connect to a drain for a section of the front foundation; and the correction of water intrusion through the top of my foundation in the back.I got several estimates, and they came back competitively on price, but as important were the only ones to accurately diagnose the problem going on in the back. We have a cantilevered pop out from our kitchen with steps to the backyard that extend past the back roof. And the original patio which rises above the foundation. During heavy rains, water would get below the steps, drip back over the pavers, and seep through on top of the foundation into the basement.They did a thorough job and were good about walking me through a couple of tweaks in scope based on what we found digging things up. Would recommend.
