always a fantastic experience. I was taken within 2 minutes of my appt time. My lab technician was very pleasant and efficient. THe office is very clean and you can tell the workers take pride in what they do.

In addition the courtesy, Professionalism, and respect, I love that Quest accommodates the customers schedule. I can go to their office at 6-7am and still get to work on time. I believe they also have late hours too. Great job Quest!!

The Patient Service Center was extremely efficient. I like how you can see your place in the schedule on the big monitor too. I was taken inside exactly at the time my appointment was scheduled for.
I wish I could remember the name of my nurse because she was exceptional.
Besides being very friendly and professional, she made my blood drawing experience as pleasant as possible (Im kind of a baby when it comes to needles:). I didn't experience the slightest discomfort at all.
I was able to be back to my job in plenty of time for my shift.

After having a bad experience with our oldest a few years for his 1 year visit at another location, I was mortified on having to taking our second child for blood work. The office is clean and organized. There was absolutely no wait time! Annamma, who drew our daughter's blood, was personable, kind, caring and quick! She only stuck the needle in once she was positive she was able to get the vein. The other technician (forgive me, I did not catch her name), was also caring as she held my daughter's hand and spoke kindly to her throughout the whole time. Annamma was truly professional and has put my mind as a mother at ease regarding blood work for the future for both children. It is a true blessing to have a technician who makes it so easy and quick!

My recent visit to Quest Diagnostics was a wonderful experience. The office staff was absolutely wonderful. The staff is very professional, gracious, and kind. I will not hesitate to use their services in the future.
