they watch you like a hawk! If you came with a shopping bag from another store the black short woman with the long hair will stare at you up and down thinking that you took something without paying. This is a disgusting behavior and should never happened. Keep your ugly behavior to yourself no one need you to guard the store and if you want to be security there are plenty of jobs out there just apply!!!

As someone who gets a little nervous asking for help it was great having an employee come up to me immediately and offer assistance. Not only was she helpful but she color matched me perfectly on the first try. I didn't catch her name unfortunately but she did a great job!! The other employees were also very kind and helpful.

Came here on a Wednesday morning right at opening time. Meech, who helped me, was super friendly and knowledgeable. She made sure all of my questions were answered. Great experience overall.

I’m fairly certain the manager profiled me as a shoplifter, even though I shop there regularly and I’m a VIB member. I’m really upset and disappointed that this just happened.

If there's one thing I hate, is when you walk into a store and someone needs to help you (by pushing you into getting their help, or 1,000 different recommendations and unwanted opinions). That was not the case at this Sephora.
For lipsticks, lip liners, eye liners, mascara, etc., I don't really ever care too much about going in store - since for the most, if I don't like it, I can return it, especially with many brands that I love.
Being that I had a Sephora credit to use and had been on a lip liner hunt, I finally was able to get myself into a Sephora in a non forced, super casual, way. Just what I wanted.
As soon as I walked in, I was able to stroll around the store and make my way around without being noticed until I was ready to ask for some help. That's when I found Olivia, she was so awesome, chill and helpful. Without being too much, she helped me pick out my lip liner of my dreams without being so pushy and was so nice.
I'm so happy I finally got the liner that I wanted at a perfect match and so easy to get things to disinfect, try on and swatch. Thanks so much for a quick and easy experience!

Small store wish it was bigger. However they still have a good selection of your favorite brands. But most importantly, the staff is very kind and helpful. They welcome to me and assisted me throughout my shopping process. Would definitely revisit this location again!

I had a makeup up appointment scheduled for my WEDDING for myself and my Maid of Honor. I get to the store to be lied to by who I perceive to be the manager and she tells me that the person who was supposed to do my makeup called out. Like okay, then you should know how to cover for that person then, no? Then an associate tells me actually it’s their system - what I think occurred is that whoever does the scheduling doesn’t look to see what appointments are booked. And if you can’t have a makeup artist for a specific time then those appointments need to be removed from the system so they can’t be booked. If you schedule your associates out two weeks in advance then look at the bookings to check it aligns with who is being scheduled. This is not rocket science. Luckily my hair salon was able to take me last minute but I am livid and this is unacceptable. There should be a makeup up artist there at all times or like I said, block out the booking. SMFH I made this appt over a month ago. If my makeup couldn’t get done at my salon I would have verbally blown the place up.

I booked an appointment over a month ago to have my makeup done for my baby shower. Less than 12 hours, the night before the occasion, I receive a voice mail from one of the alleged managers Alana, telling me that my appointment has been cancelled. When I called back to inquire about the reason, she said “there’s an issue in the online booking system that no one caught” and tried to tell me that at least she looked and caught it or I would have showed up at the store, as if that makes it any better. The store offered no accountability or any attempt to make the situation right and this is completely unacceptable. She also told me that “she didn’t realize it was my baby shower” as if that should make a difference, because people so frequently get their makeup done for occasions that aren’t important a month in advance like strolling though the grocery store. Never using Sephora again.

Alright I’m gonna start off saying how dirty this store was, the sample make-up pallets were absolutely filthy on display trash all over the floor in the store. The workers looked very tired and overworked, at least they accepted our return unlike the ones in Kohl’s, doesn’t make sense how you can’t return Sephora items that were bought online at a Sephora Kohl’s ?.

Terrible customer service. The associates were very rude, nobody came up to help me even though they were just standing talking between themselves and when I asked for help she had an attitude.

Isaiah took the time to help me navigate products as I was overwhelmed after leaving the kohls Nanuet Sephora store, where the girl had no interest in helping me. I purchased several products, mainlyBecause Isaiah was helpful and focused on what I was saying. Even though the store was busy, he was dedicated to seeing me through the difficulty I was experiencing.
