Isaiah took the time to help me navigate products as I was overwhelmed after leaving the kohls Nanuet Sephora store, where the girl had no interest in helping me. I purchased several products, mainlyBecause Isaiah was helpful and focused on what I was saying. Even though the store was busy, he was dedicated to seeing me through the difficulty I was experiencing.

WOOF. This store may as well be a Rite-Aid.While visiting my sister, we went to the mall to kill some time. There were a reasonable amount of associates walking around (only 1 bothered to ask if I needed help - I didn't) but products were toppled over on shelves, on the floor, etc. What a mess. Only 2 associates on the registers with a line that didn't move.I truly love Sephora but I'd rather crawl through a tunnel of broken glass than shop at this location ever again. Save your energy and shop online.

I'm a big fan of Sephora stores , but in this location there is an Asian old dude with a long hair, he don't know how service the customer especially in the perfume section, he only has one option, I saw like hundreds of gorgeous perfumes out there, sorry Sephora, always perfume section needs a qualify guy or girl or they or he or she or whatever. I wanted to buy a perfume then I left the store upset.

I'm very disappointed in my experience today. I waited in line very patiently for 10 minutes to exchange my concealer. I was then sent back into the store to find the product that I needed. After finding it and returning to the counter I was ignored until the que was cleared. I then asked if I was expected to wait in line again after she clearly took the white man who forced his way foreword taking his daughters product out of her hand as if I was trying to skip the line. The cashier looked at me as if she had no idea she sent me back into the store

I was checking out but forgot to get something as it was my turn, I asked the cashier if she could hold my stuff for me and she said okay, as I was quick. When I came back there were two girls checking out with the same person which I didn’t have a problem with, then the lady at the cashier told me I needed to get in line even when she made it sound like she could hold it for me while I was grabbing my item. SMH.What a nasty experience !!I went to exchange a product and the cashier return (my gift )credit to the person credit card rather do a even exchange…Now I don’t have a christmas gift and left empty handed. ( I was exchanging eyelash mink for brow definer ) The person who gifted me now have the $money back in their credit card.Please re-train employees!!

Staff are impolite, snarky and act as if they’re doing us a favor. A lesson in customer service is much needed.
