Went to pick up an order for 3 bookshelves, Had the confirmation that my order had been gathered and was ready to be picked up. I selected I was on my way in the app for curbside pickup, when I got to the store and pulled into the appropriate spot. I checked in that I was here, within 30 seconds of me registering I was here to pick up my order. I received an email that my order had been canceled “per my request” when I called the store from the parking lot. I was told that they didn’t actually have the 3 bookshelves that they had already confirmed for my order, and that they only meant to cancel and refund me for 2 but accidentally refunded all 3 and If I still wanted the bookshelf I could come inside of the store so they could charge my card again. Ultimately a wasted and inconvenient trip. As someone who’s worked in retail management for the last 10 years I will say I am not angry with the store or the lovely woman I spoke with on phone but rather deeply disappointed in the lack of organization and mismanagement of this particular location. Do better.

Horrible!! There is always something in this store. The stuff at cust service desk are NOT friendly and never there till you call!! Giving false information just to get you off their back so they can go back in the back to hide..

Pharmacy is great - store run down, not staffed enough for the volume of people and I’ve never seen the self check out fully functional.

Starbucks employees are very rude at this target my aunt has her visa added to her Starbucks app to pay Amanda and her female worker was saying that they don’t take visa or any other form of payment but gift card which sounds really scammer like if you asked me ! While my poor aunt is filling her Starbucks visa she is saying “it must be target and there security’s “ which was not the case because the target In the Bronx has a Starbucks they take all types of payments so those two customers behind us order one pays with cash and other with Apple Pay if you don’t know what a visa is you should not be working in cafe coffee shop or a retail store because that’s crazy I was absolutely anger by this because you don’t take any form of payment but gift card but you took cash and Apple Pay hmmmmm very suspicious I will be contacting the store manger of that target along with Starbucks corporate very unprofessional speaking from retail and culinary experience’s

4 stars only because they only had small bags and not big enough bags for the pillows I wanted to buy. If the store is attached to a mall, you should definitely have big bags in case your customer is planning on walking around the mall after and does not want to carry the big bulky items with them. Otherwise, this is a great target store, and I generally enjoy shopping here.

This store and I guess all target stores that have CVS stores in them do not honor any of the coupons that CVS gives on there receipts. I waited online for about 15 minutes and then was told that I have to check everything out in the CVS pharmacy when I went to the pharmacy to check everything out they told me they did not offer coupons from CVS. Don't you think it would be a good idea somewhere in the store to post this. ? That was 15 minutes of my life. I will never get back so I am sure I will never go back to this target store ever

They don't understand that every good store has a good check out experience. There are many cash registers but only one open on a busy night. If they don't want to pay cashiers then they should have at least 6 self check stations. They certainly have the room. Of the 4 they had only 2 were open. Target should realize that other than food everything in the store can be purchased on Amazon. At least similar items, and make the in store experience more pleasant.

The worst checkout experience daily. Only two self checkout open although they are four! Never enough of paper bags at the self checkout! And only one cashier open! Expected to wait no matter what time it f day is!

Target West Nyack is a-okay. Lines a little slow sometimes but nothing that would make your head explode.

There is only one cashier and four self-checkout counters, but only three of those were working. I waited in line and when it was finally my turn, I found out that they don’t accept cash, even though there was no sign indicating this. I had to go back to the regular line and wait and wait and wait until it was finally my turn again.
