So I'm a regular at the depot here and when I say regular I'm shopping in this store 2-4x a week. So I get what I needed and see the buy more save more Milwaukee deal. Spend 350 save 50 spend 450 save 100 spend 550 save 175. So I do someLooking around and pick out my three items that equal to 565.67 and was told the computer says you only get 100 off so we call over someone else to make sure my purchase is strictly part of the sale that was going on and they did nothing toHelp me. Very disappointed as I spend a ton ofMoney every year! Not to mention they couldn't give me a reason why I Couldnt get the promotion. Not sure when I'll be returning back to this store! Very poor customer relations especially when they know me and see me there on a regular basis!!

I will be a Lowes customer for life. I wouldn't go to Home Depot if they promised me gold every time I visited. I went to Lowes and they bent over backwards to help me. Got me what I needed in 5 minutes. I know Home Depot doesn't care about 1 little customer in the grand scheme of things and that's ok. But I always return to places where they treat me good!!! Kiss my a** good bye Home Depot!!

Impossible to get anyone to help. I've left over six messages, went to the store to find out my order status and have yet to receive a single call as promised.

After visiting their less than impressive holiday displays, I was approached by an overly pushy young man selling solar panels at checkout, and once he realized I was not interested , decided to tell me I 'smell nice.' Did he think that would work? Regardless, I'll be visiting Lowe's fir the remainder of the season

Don't believe what any of the Home Depot Installation sales reps tell you about their windows/doors "Double Lifetime Warranty." It's simply not true. Labor is not covered beyond 1 year! Look at their contract verbiage below. When I inquired about the discrepancy, this was my reply: "My understanding is the line references our lowest warranty that was available on an American Craftsman window which is 1 year and the others would in essence be an upgrade to it. I can assure you having been with Home Depot in the window installations business for over 8 years now they consistently favor on the side of taking care of the customer including any service concerns and issues." It's b******* because the salespeople will be long gone by the time you file a claim. It's what's in the contract that you sign that matters in the eyes of the law; not a marketing brochure or said in an email. Plygem/Simonton's customer service rep, Mikka, told me that they get lots of complaints from unhappy customers when Home Depot does not honor the warranty. Moreover, they told me HD's (underpaid) subcontractor installers make a lot of mistakes. All confirmed by Simonton's supervisor, Lori Hendershot. The 6500 series window itself is warranted for 20 years and prorated afterwards. This is taken from their contract. Workmanship is only for 1 year! 7. WARRANTY AND LIMITATION ON WARRANTIES: (a) Warranty: Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, Home Depot warrants for 1 year from the completion date that all Services shall (i) be performed with good workmanship and (ii) conform to the requirements of the Agreement. During the warranty period and within a reasonable time after receiving notice from You of a warranty claim, Home Depot may, at its sole option (i) correct or replace each Defect, or (ii) remove each Defect and refund the full purchase price thereof to You; provided, however, that all warranties are voided if (1) anyone other than Home Depot or Service Provider performs work upon or otherwise modifies any materials or Services provided under this Agreement, or (2) You fail to pay Home Depot as provided in this Agreement. (b) Limitation on Warranties: THE WARRANTIES PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT ARE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE FOREGOING EXPRESS WARRANTIES CONTAINED IN PARAGRAPH 7A, IN THE WARRANTY SECTION OF THE AGREEMENT, IF ANY, OR IN THE STATE SUPPLEMENT, IF ANY. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT NO OTHER WARRANTIES ARE MADE OR GIVEN BY HOME DEPOT OR SERVICE PROVIDER, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY FOR FITNESS OF PURPOSE, WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR ANY OTHER ORAL, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. HOME DEPOT'S EXPRESS WARRANTIES ARE VOIDED FOR ANY DEFECT CAUSED BY ABUSE, MISUSE, NEGLECT, ACTS OF GOD, LACK OF PRESCRIBED OR STANDARD MAINTENANCE, OR IMPROPER CARE/CLEANING. ANY MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTIES PROVIDED FOR GOODS, MATERIALS, OR EQUIPMENT WILL BE PASSED THROUGH BY HOME DEPOT TO YOU, AND YOU AGREE TO LOOK SOLELY TO SUCH MANUFACTURER FOR REMEDY OF ANY DEFECT IN SUCH GOODS, MATERIALS, AND EQUIPMENT. HOME DEPOT MAY ASSIST YOU WITH WARRANTY CLAIMS AGAINST MANUFACTURERS.

Unbelievably bad service. Rude customer service representative who actually hung up on me after I voiced my issue. I had a delivery scheduled and they never showed up and never called to let me know know they weren't coming. I paid extra for a 4-hour window for delivery. I canceled the order and bought from a real conscientious vendor instead. They delivered promptly within the timeframe agreed upon. They won't get any more of my business and I recommend you bring yours elsewhere as well.

My wife and I decided to put new countertops in our kitchen recently. We originally put the order in about a month ago and was told someone (a contractor they use) to set up a time to measure. After a few weeks we hadn't heard back so we called Home Depot. They said the contractor was ready to measure but no one reached out to us. Once they measured they said it would be a couple more weeks to cut and install. We set up a date and were told to remove the current counters prior to installation. They would contact us with an exact time to expect them. We were never given a time so last night we removed our counters and sink. We called today to find out what time they were coming and found out the manager had an email from a few days ago from the contractor saying they wouldn't be able to install until next week. So we have to put our all counters and sink back in and remove them again next week.

DO NOT USE THEM FOR FLOORING. Work directly with their installation company Over the Edge. Home Depot is a total disaster, we paid more than $21,000 for hardwood floor installation and materials, and they dropped off the hardwood floor and told us they wouldn't take it inside!! I now have 1,000 lbs of hardwood floor sitting in my garage and I have to figure out how to get it inside because they also didn't tell me until today that it has to be inside for three days before installation!!! After having multiple representatives hang up on me I finally got the manager of the store who offered to refund a somewhat embarrassing $200 for this. When you pay for a project you should never have to do it yourself. The other really frustrating aspect of this was we were never told by Home Depot the floors have to be in the house to adjust to the house temp for multiple days before they can be installed! So now I have a literal ton of hardwood getting cold in my garage and I was given 0 warning of how to plan for this. Kudos to Home Depot for having a decent installation company, but if you can't get the materials in the house why should I have even bothered? The only help I've gotten has been from Over the Edge, and they are handicapped by home depots incompetence.

Although we have mostly enjoyed positive experiences this morning was exceptionally pleasant. An associate named James in The Truck/Tool Rental Departmental went above and beyond to make sure our experience was a positive one. And we t was thanks James

This Home Depot is complete trash. Try making and order for a home repair and got nothing but a headache since I began. Whoever the woman is who answers the phone at the customer service desk is complete trash and should be fired. The girl hung up on me multiple times and whenever I had a question she always had an attitude and would breathe heavy into the phone. Would not recommend anyone using this Home Depot what so ever for anything!!! Hope someone in charge can see this and do something about that ignorant nasty woman who answers their phones
