STAY AWAY FROM THIS CON MAN! This con man just happens to be a lawyer. Look at his several reviews where he takes advantage of people and takes their money and then doesn’t perform services, nor does he care to communicate with his clients once he is paid. He took my money for a mortgage modification and never cared to reach out to me. I called dozens, if not hundreds of times and his assistant would always answer in a condescending manner and act as if I was bothering them. It’s a shame that this man is permitted to hide behind the title of, “lawyer” in this country while he scams the common people. He promised me that if the modification didn’t go through I would receive half of my money back and he never planned for that to happen. I hope this guy is on the news some day either in cuffs or found dead choking on a $100 bill.Any other people out there, please share yourstories about this dirtbag.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, My father choose them to handle his estate. I don’t know where he found these clowns but if you’re trying to do estate planning do yourself and your loved ones a favor and go find a reputable estate attorney. These guys are completely unprofessional. They don’t answer their phones nor do they return phone calls. We had an appointment to meet with the power legal Jen to see my fathers wishes and we sat down stairs in a waiting room for over an hour when we had an appointment! I can write an essay on why I suggest not to use these people but long story short TAKE YOU’RE MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE. Save yourself the headache.

Terrible law firm. Joseph Marino does not deserve to represent people in need. He only cares about $$ and stole $3,500 from me. I paid for a mortgage modification through his firm and once I paid, I was unable to contact anyone. I was told that if the modification was unsuccessful, I would receive half of my money back. Not only did I not receive half of my money back, but there was no evidence that Joseph Marino even attempted to contact my mortgage company. My mortgage company advised me that no one from the law firm contacted them regarding a modification. Stay away from this criminal. He will just steal your money and not perform work for you.There are plenty of honest lawyers out there, so use them and stay away from this crook.

Excellent attorney. Joe was able to help reduce my traffic fines and save me points on my license. I hired Joseph to represent me for some old traffic tickets. I was facing heavy fines and points. He defended me very well in court and my tickets were reduced and my license was unaffected. Thanks Joe!

I had expressed interest in getting a property grievance done. Joseph contacted me to use his firm’s services. I filled out the paperwork for him and then essentially never heard from him again. 3 emails, 4 phone calls to which his assistant answered and promised to have someone return my call, but nothing. I just received my property tax bill which showed no change in property value so either he never processed it or lost the grievance appeal and decided to just avoid me. I understand a grievance may not be worth the effort for your firm, but if that’s the case, please don’t reach out to clients for their business.

Joseph Marino, saved my home!! While going through a very ugly divorce, my now ex-husband was court ordered to pay the mortgage( and keep it current) also he was to pay all the utilities throughout the divorce. Needless to say, my ex did not comply with the judges orders and my home was put into foreclosure. The only chance I had was to apply for a Loan Modification and answer the Foreclosure Summons & Complaint I was served with. Many reviews also complimented not only Mr. Marino's work product but also his kind, down to earth demeanor, and the fact that he was one of the few attorneys that cared more about his clients then getting paid. I decided to retain Joseph Marino and was able to save my home from foreclosure, and was approved for a Loan Modification AND my bank also forgave a portion of my mortgage. I am extremely satisfied with The Law Offices of Joseph Marino. His paralegal Jennifer was extremely helpful throughout the process, she kept me calm and was always up to date on my Loan Mod/Foreclosure Issues. Jennifer and Joseph work together well and I would definitely recommend Joseph to anyone who is looking for an attorney. Since my divorce is now finalized, I will have Joseph take care of my Will and any Estate Planning. My children and I are eternally grateful for Mr. Marino saving our home and I definitely recommend The Law Offices of Joseph Marino, PC. without reservation.
