Employee that was there at 1:05 on 08/28/24 was extremely rude. Walked up to the counter to pay for my stuff and they had a big attitude and slammed stuff because we were paying with a card and using points. Not coming back again.

7/21/23 8:25pm terrible experience with the female working - the male was wonderful who was actually waiting on me - the female was rude and combative with the person she was taking care of and me who was being taken care of by the male employee and even after her altercation with her own customer she decided to then take her issue up with me - she didn’t even care about the state trooper before me or the Orchard Park Police officer after me - she had to be disrespectful because she didn’t get satisfaction with the customer she was taken care of because he just said give me my change and walked out - might want to consider other employee options because she should not be talking to customers that way

My husband just went in to pick up an order I placed through the 7/11 app. Was given wrong pizza and wrong donuts. He told the cashier and she was extremely rude telling him she just substituted the order so too bad. Told him he had to deal with DoorDash about it. What??? It wasn’t a DoorDash order, it was an online 7/11 order! She proceeded to tell him he had to leave the store and took a picture of his license plate to show DoorDash! Again, this was not a DoorDash order! Never had a problem before. She was extremely unprofessional.

Went in this morning 7:30-7:35 am no coffee, every thing of coffe was empty and seemed to be empty for a while along with iced coffee and any other coffe products. Same thing at noon. I’ve never had this problem in the past few weeks.

Horrible store, mean nasty girl who let me know she's the boss argued over 2 bags of chips that I know are both LAYS products. Ruffles and Lay's both out of Plano Texas. Told to get the f--k out, I'm wrong, she's right. Then a clerk stocking shelves yelled get the f--k out she said. 1100 Southwestern Blvd Suite 100 , this 40 yr customer left shocked and truly offended over chips.

Every other day this location is closed due to not having staff it just ridiculous now then when they are open the donuts are not fresh and staff customer is poor
