The last visit was a good experience, with nice staff. When it comes to auto parts stores it depends on who's at the counter, sometimes making it no so pleasant.

I usually get fast friendly service and decent advice. Though I have made the mistake of listening to the "new" employee, which didn't work out as well as I would have liked. Their experienced staff do have good information if you need or want it. They also let you rent or borrow tools.
