I've shopped here a number of times and have found it to be hard to move around in and the employees unhelpful. Today, takes the cake though. I ordered an ornament online for in-store pickup. I received an email that my order was ready for pickup and that I had seven days to pick it up. I arrived at the store around 10am and it was already very crowded with a long line. I browsed for a bit to avoid the line. I got in line at 10:15am. There were two people at the counter and about two people in front of me. I stood waiting for about 15 minutes. The phone was ringing off the hook and the lady answering was very rude from what I could hear. When it was finally my turn at the counter, I told them I had a pick up order. The woman took my name and went to search for it. She came back and couldn't find it. She asked for my order number and to see the email. She went looking again and no look. The other employee said to just give me one off the shelf and she did not want to. The other employee then went off to search for it. It was now past 10:40 and I had an 11am appointment someplace else. I could not wait much longer. The woman was gone for a long time searching for a now 3rd time. when she came back, I told her I couldn't wait much longer and didn't have time to come back to the store. She was incredibly rude and acted like her not finding my order was my problem, rather than hers. She got snippy with me and said if I am sure i actually ordered the item, paid for the item, and ordered it from the correct store. I then showed my various emails that said I paid, that it was ready for pickup, and that the store was for Annie's hallmark. She still was acting like it wasn't her problem and was kind of like oh well. Don't know what to tell you. The original clerk then was like just give one off the shelf, since she already paid and stuff. The clerk now helping me for even more rude and made comments like now she'll need to contact Corporate and hopefully she'll figure it out. I can see why they couldn't find my order. It was a mess behind the counter, with things piled up. I'm assuming my order was maybe mixed in that mess. I don't think I'll be returning to this store. The employees are rude.

I called in to have something put on hold and was told they would be able to hold it until saturday. i called to get the price to make sure i had the correct price and was rudely told by another individual that we will not hold it that long and whoever told you that was wrong. upon telling the individual i was displeased with how i was being treated i was pretty much told oh well.

Love the hallmark store. I usually stock up when we go. Great cards, wrapping paper and gifts. Remember perfect place to get your hallmark ornaments for Christmas. Employees are always helpfulwhen looking for something

Rarely have I experienced the excellent customer service that I did at Annie’s Hallmark Store in West Seneca, New York. I give Pat, the manager of Hallmark ornaments, the highest possible number of “stars” for her over-the-phone help that I had been unable to obtain elsewhere. She stayed with my search through several calls until the issue was resolved. Hallmark, you are wise and fortunate to have such an employee!
