“We always come here for yearly NYS Inspection. I was 3 days overdue (whoops) and got here just before 8 AM when they open. I was first in line! This was one of the best experiences yet. “I normally don’t do reviews but in this case I felt compelled to share my amazing experience with Joanne Siwa at Ziebart of West Seneca !! Let’s start from the beginning as she spent well over an hour with me explaining all the package options. She was engaging and listened to my wants and needs for my Cadillac XT6. She understood my financial situation and that was the key to arriving at the package that worked for my budget. She is an absolutely incredible person. She went above and beyond and was able to get me not one, not two, but three additional discounts!! I was absolutely floored by her ability to make all this happen for me ! Now, upon pickup she spent another hour with me showing me all the work done on the inside and outside of the vehicle explaining every detail of the process that took place. Just awesome !! I will tell everyone this: go see her at their location on Union rd in West Seneca you will be thrilled that you did !! Trust me. I am going to post pictures of the car after I picked it up.
