First time at this one. Ordered on the app drive thru pick up. They were giving me the wrong order. I told them it was wrong then they gave me the right one. I've been to the Burger King in Tonawanda at 100 Delaware 50 times and never 1 mistake. Management is everything with these places.

Just went through Drive thru, The young man taking our order was amazing, We Loved his customer service, Thank you to him for a amazing experience. Best drive thru experience I've had in years! The young man taking orders was quick, polite and happy. He was on point with everything, including his upsell. His positive energy and fun nature left smiles on every one in the car! Excellent employee choice!

This location always makes great food. The burgers are truly delicious. However, I checked around and noticed that if you order a double whopper at any other nearby BK it’s like $13 for the meal while here you pay a premium markup to $18!! That’s quite a hefty price increase. So I have to detract a star for that.

My order was unsatisfactory, there was mayo on the sandwiches which were requested to be without.The fries were falling all over the bag.The window worker would not give me honey mustard sauce and was very rude and unpleasant.I pulled over from the dive thru and parked and went in to return food and ask for refund.The manager on duty would not refund my credit card payment but took the food.I waited a long time and was told to contact and email the guest experience number which did not call me back after 2 messages for refund. I just disputed this on my credit card this Burger King is the most expensive and has the worst service and I've been to a lot of them!!!!!

Two times in a row this location has absolutely botched my order. What is the point of asking people what they want on their burger if you are just going to put all the ingredients on it anyway? For the cost of a burger these days, you need to get it right.

3 family members ordered milkshakes on 3 separate occasions from this new location over a period of two months. Each time the milkshakes tasted like sour milk and there was no way I was going on to complain to the overwhelmed staff.I do NOT recommend this location to anyone.

Everything was wrong. The burger was burnt (including the bun), cold, and had the wrong condiments on it. Substituted onion rings and received fries. If I wanted that? I would have saved the $5 and went with the mobile special. The soft drink's calibration was way off. There was more soda than syrup and tasted like flat soda water. It was for my mother, who is house bound, and I contacted support immediately. They were connecting me to an actual person, with no answer, so an email sent. Received a reply, and they asked me for a receipt and pictures. Which I would have no issues with, but it was hours later. My mom tried to give the dog the burger patty, and even the dog wouldn't eat it. They can pull up my mobile no problem, and the only thing left? The half filled box of fries. This location has done this time and again. Had one positive experience and the only reason to try it again with some hope. But? Something is always wrong. Absolutely horrible.

This location is the worst. I have been scammed out of money, never get my order right and now just had a door dash order placed and two bacon kings showed up with only one patty. The management staff does not care about their job or any customers. Do not waste your time. Go to Wendy’s next door or go to the BK on south park when it reopens.

I love Burger King And every location is great in this area EXCEPT THIS ONE! They will literally scam you out of money and make you seem like the bad guy, the manager is terrible and rude as can be. Whoever owns this brand new location really needs to reevaluate the staff starting at the top!
